This 2 Bedroom + Loft / 1.5 Bath Condo sleeps 6 comfortably. It has cozy leather furniture, gas fireplace, a deck off living area and master bedroom, large HD TV, and free WiFi.

This is a third-story unit with vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, and lots of light.

The perfect location! In just minutes, you can walk to the high-speed ski lift at Peak 9 or to Main Street for dining, shopping, and nightlife. There is no need to drive around and look for parking.

On the main level, there is a master bedroom with queen bed, and a full bathroom with large shower.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with queen bed, a loft with day bed and pull-out trundle bed, and a half-bath (sink and toilet).

The upgraded swimming pool and hot tub facility (4 hot tubs) is located right across the parking lot from the condo.

The condo is great for couples or families. Games and DVDs are provided. There is a Ski Locker and free Laundry on ground floor.

Fully remodeled inside and outside with all new kitchen and master bathroom, new carpet, new paint, and new TV's. It looks fantastic!

FINE PRINT: Sorry, not even small and/or well-behaved dogs are allowed. This is a third floor unit with no elevator. This is a non-smoking condo. There is no air conditioning, but there are many fans. The ski resort is typically open through Memorial Day, but Peak 9 may close around mid-April. The swimming pool area is sometimes closed mid-May and early November for 2 weeks each.
Our customers tell us they enjoy this condo's walkable location. During your stay, you're just a quick walk from Main Street. A spa tub is available. The condo includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

Great features, great location.
Our family made some core memories this weekend, and this condo made it easy. Kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were clean and well-stocked. The Quicksilver lift is less than a 5-minute walk (pro-tip- get there before 9am to avoid long lesson-related lines). The hot tubs were a welcome finish after we had skied our legs off. The smart-TV and fireplace made it easy to snuggle in for evening movies as we wound down. We would happily be come back for our next Breck trip.

This property was well-located for a great, first-time ski-in, ski-out situation, as well as centrally located to walk downtown and enjoy the restaurants and shopping scene in Breckenridge. It is priced well for what you get and its location. We really enjoyed it.

The condo is in a great location. Once you get your bearings, everything is easy to access on foot. The Quicksilver lift is a short walk (maybe 200 yards), the local shuttle stop is a 2-minute walk, or you can walk into town in 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it.

Love the location!
This was our second time staying in this condo and our third or fourth time in the Timbernest complex. The location never disappoints! Easy access to the town and restaurants, hiking trails and mountain biking. The condo is cozy with everything we need to make our stay comfortable. The nearby pool and hot tubs are a nice bonus after a full day of physical activity. We will happily stay here again!

Home away from home
We absolutely LOVED the Timbernest condo. The property is so comfortable and well-appointed for cooking & relaxing. Special bonus was the collection of games & puzzles. We enjoyed being able to walk to ski lifts as well as town for restaraunts & shopping. The condo is not fancy or over-the-top luxury. Instead, we found our stay more like enjoying the comforts of home!

We stayed at Robin’s condo over spring break with our 10 and 12 year old kids. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a ski locker on the ground floor for our use and the condo was a short walk to the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9 and to Main Street The unit also had access to a washer and dryer and hot tubs with a locker room across the parking lot.

This property has everything we needed. We were walkable to pick up ski rentals, or get to Quicksilver Chair lift, or to walk to Main Street for dinner. The condo had everything for a family of 5 to enjoy each other or have our own space. Loved it, and hope to be back.
