The Space:
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home boasts panoramic mountain and forest views that your group will be sure to love. With unbeatable outdoor access, this home is the perfect choice for those wanting to escape the bustling city life for a rejuvenating mountain getaway.
Return from a fun-filled day of outdoor adventures to the inviting open-concept living/dining room area. With pitched ceilings and abundant windows, you can stretch out and relax in the family room to enjoy the views in all directions. Cozy up on the sofa and armchair set while you warm up with the indoor electric fireplace and catch up on the day's adventures, or unwind for the night as you watch your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV.
The open floor plan gives space for your group to spread out with the dining room located just on the other side of the living room. From the dining room, the fully-equipped kitchen is located making it convenient to whip up a meal while staying with the group. Enjoy cooking with the modern appliances and plenty of countertop space as you look out one of the many windows in the area to take in the views. Savor your meal from the lovely dining area or kitchen bar, as you exchange stories of your exciting day.
Outside you will find a spacious private outdoor deck with patio seating for up to 8. This area will become a favorite for your group -- step out, relax, and breathe in the fresh mountain air as you gaze at the beautiful glow of the sunset.
Back inside, head to the primary bedroom where you will find a cozy space with plenty of natural light provided by the several windows in the room. Enjoy a restful night's sleep on the queen-size bed. Settle in and unpack all your items in the two dressers, or wash up in the en suite bathroom where you will find a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
The second bedroom has an alluring queen-size bed and a dresser. This space also boasts a window facing toward the outdoor deck and where you can look out to admire the twinkling stars at night. Conveniently located adjacent to this bedroom is a second full bathroom which provides a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower.
Upstairs you will find the third bedroom in an open loft-style space that provides two comfortable twin-over-full size bunk beds, and an additional sofa that transforms into a comfy sleeping bed. The bedroom has ample closet space and an en suite bathroom with single vanity and shower making it a comfortable room to share.
Lastly, a washer/dryer combo is located inside the laundry closet next to the kitchen on the main floor of the home.

The Neighborhood:
This home’s incredible location offers up breathtaking mountain views of Quandary Peak. Surrounded by nature, you’re seven minutes from Hoosier Pass and within a 15-minute drive to the beautiful Montgomery Reservoir and Wheeler Lake Trailhead. This is a paradise for avid hikers, with multiple trailheads in every direction, including North Star Mountain, Blue Lakes, and McCullough Gulch. To the east is Hoosier Ridge, the line of mountains that spans from Hoosier Pass and includes Red Mountain, a difficult 13er with no designated trail. From the balcony of the home, you can take in breathtaking views of Quandary Peak, the highest mountain in the Tenmile Range.
Getting Around:
From this home, you are a 7-minute drive from Hoosier Pass and 15 minutes from Montgomery Reservoir. If you like to explore Breckenridge, where you can take a tour of the historic mining town, explore the various shops, boutiques, and eateries along Main Street or hit the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort, you are a 20-minute drive away. For public transport, the Summit Stage bus' Park County Commuter Route stops at bus stops at McCullough Gulch and can connect you to Breck Station.
