With three levels, this spacious home ensures both comfort and privacy, featuring dual kitchens and living areas, along with a split-level sleeping arrangement—three bedrooms on the lower level and one upstairs.
The main living area is a true gathering spot with a unique 360-degree fireplace, ample lounging spaces, and a pool table for entertainment. Multiple cozy nooks and lounging areas provide perfect hideaways for guests to unwind after dinner. Outside, three connected decks, accessible from both the main and lower floors, offer mountain views and a chemical-free saltwater hot tub, ideal for soaking up the serene surroundings. A telescope is available for stargazing and even allows you to check out the lift chair traffic on Peak 10.

Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Boreas Pass bus stop, this home offers free service every 30 minutes to downtown Breckenridge and the Breckenridge Gondola, which accesses Peak 7 and Peak 8. There’s a free day-parking lot next to the bus stop, making it easy to enjoy Breckenridge’s attractions without worrying about parking. In winter, you can even ski down to the bus route. For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Baldy Trailhead provides hiking trails in the summer and cross-country skiing opportunities in the winter.
With easy access to year-round adventures, this retreat is close to the Breckenridge Gondola (3.5 miles away), Breckenridge Ski Resort, the alpine slide, scenic chairlift rides, and Breckenridge Brewery. Dive into history at the nearby Country Boy Mine to experience Colorado’s rich mining heritage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
