This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo makes a wonderful home away from home in beautiful Breckenridge any time of year.

This quaint and cozy condo has a fully stocked kitchen with beautiful new stainless steel appliances perfect for preparing family meals. Share stories of the day's adventures around the large dining table. Relax in the living room on the leather couches watching tv together on the flat screen and warming up by the gas fireplace. Or have a seat out on the private balcony and breathe in our crisp, clean mountain air.

The master bedroom has a cozy King bed, flat screen television and private, beautifully updated bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has a captain bunk with a twin over full, as well as a roll out twin bed underneath and a shared bathroom.

The Atrium Condominiums are located in the Historic District on French Street, only three blocks to Main Street, just a short walk to Downtown for easy access to shops and dinning without having to find parking. This ground floor property also offers convenient access to the hot tub for relaxing apres ski. Carter Park is just around the corner and offers a wonderful free sledding hill in the winter, as well as tennis and volleyball courts in the summer.

On-site Atrium amenities include an incredibly open and spacious indoor lounge area for reading or playing cards, outdoor hot tub and patio area, community grills, a heated underground parking garage, and laundry facilities.

For comfort, convenience and affordability look no further than the Atrium condos in Breckenridge. You will want to return year after year!

One vehicle may park in the garage. Parking for an additional vehicle is available for a fee at the Town Ice Rink located a couple blocks south of The Atrium or at the Satellite Lot which is at the North end of town.

Cozy condo
Toby was so accommodating. I called him when I had trouble booking my flight & he helped us by pushing the reservation a day so that we could get a better flight. The condo was clean & very warm. They even had heated floors in the bathrooms, which were unexpected but appreciated! It was spacious and well equipped for cooking. We found a short cut to Peak 9 down a flight of stairs, which was nice. It was pretty close to town and convenient to the slope. We would stay again!

Great
Great location steps from blue bus route and Carter Park sled hill, a few bus stops or short walk from downtown Breck. This property has a beautiful atrium that is quiet and meditative. Loved it. Rental company was amazing and helpful when I unexpectedly had to have a package shipped.

Perfect condo close to town
This property was perfect. The proximity to town gave huge savings in parking fees. There were plenty of beds for everyone, the kitchen was updated and worked well for cooking meals. This unit was spacious enough the all 6 of us felt as if we had our own space in down times, yet provided a large table to eat and discuss the day, play games, etc. Outside the deck was spacious and had two gas grills and a hot tub. The down sides - the grills were not very well maintained. I had to clean pretty extensively and re-position the burners in order to use them. The hot tub was also down for maintenance during our stay. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
