The first floor of this condo offers a spacious and light-filled open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living and dining areas and the kitchen. Delight yourself with traditional wood accents here and there, vaulted ceilings, and several windows displaying gorgeous mountain and ski views. The living room is the ultimate gathering spot with a gas fireplace, a smart TV with cable and streaming services, and inviting sofas. From here, guests can access the balcony equipped with a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues and an outdoor dining table for four. Back inside, the well-appointed kitchen won't disappoint - it's equipped with everything the chef could need to whip up tasty meals and snacks for the group. A dishwasher is included for easy and quick post-meal clean ups. Additional amenities include TVs in all bedrooms, a desk, and an on-site washer/dryer.

Great layout and easy access to town
It’s a nice configuration for our group which comprises a husband & wife, mother-in-law and another couple. Well appointed kitchen, although the pans are no longer non-stick. A few minor issues during our stay, but the management company was super responsive to answering and dealing with things. Overall a great place for our long weekend away.

Family ski weekend
Perfect place for a family ski weekend! Plenty of room for everyone and easy walk to Quicksilver lift. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Bedroom layout was perfect and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again!!

Unit is great - avoid property management company
Unit is spectacular. 3 bedrooms (2 masters up and downstairs), and a great location. As close as 2 blocks to the main drag and restaurants and bars. I think the sales pitch of 200 yards to the Quicksilver lift from the unit may be a stretch but its walkable. I would stay at the same condo complex, but I would avoid any contact with Vacasa in the future.

Great Location
I stayed in this condo with some friends for a ski trip and it worked out great! There is plenty of room in the condo for everyone to spread out and the location is fantastic! It's very easy to get to the ski lifts from the condo and it's only about a 5 minute walk from Main Street. My only complaint is that the hot tub was not heated enough to use while we were there.

Excellent condo
Spacious, clean comfortable condo in a great location. Stayed for a 3 day ski trip at Breckenridge. The space is as pictured and the kitchen in particular is well stocked. Everything in the condo is in good working order, the appliances are higher end, and we did not have any reason to reach out to management during our stay. We received entry instructions via text, check in was seamless, and the condo was warm when we arrived late in the evening. We had a non skier who was able to drive us so didn't use the shuttles easily accessible from the condo. We rented skis from Blue River Sports, a 3 minute drive and continued to ski school at Beaver Run, another 2 minutes away. Peak 8 is a 7 minute drive from the condo. Town is minutes away by foot or car and there's a gas station right next to the condo. We were very happy with the accommodations and location and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Breckendridge.

Breck in Springtime
The location is really good. Easy to walk around on Main Street. Two parking spots. If you're skiing, it's a hike to a lift, however, there are two bus stops that are very close. The view from the living room is great. Third floor perch. Sunny afternoon cocktails on the balcony are nice! The kitchen is large and nicely appointed; all of the furniture is amazing; and the artwork is excellent. Great vibe in this condo. All the rest: beds, rooms, laundry, bath are really good, too. The managers of this place are super friendly and competent! We all had a great time and hope to return in the future. Thank you to all who provide this amazing property! Cheers, -joe

Very short walk to town. Great location!
Great instructions, the door code worked. Comfortable. There was a very short check out list of things to do. Yay! It is on the third floor, so you have to walk up 2 flights. We would stay again!
