Was there for a wedding, so was staying close to venue. When I booked location didn’t know it was apartment condo, with limited parking, was one huge room of kitchenette, picnic table, couch, back door that open but couldn’t go out of, tv, chair & bed. The bathroom was the only closed room. The back door could be seen by closeness of other buildings , no food or means of typical hotel. Seems was an annual Oktoberfest event for weekend which closed all of MAIN STREET, which is where this location was. It might be ok for someone who drove and had food with them for skiing and outdoor activities but for this city girl with health issues it was a nightmare when had 2 vehicles & 3 adults in this room. Never saw a grocery store.

Great location and lots of space in the apartment for all our gear as well as to relax. Took a minute to figure out the vast underground parking garage! It was a great place for us to base ourselves for a weekend in Breck. Would go back.

The location is great, but the property is old and needs lots of updating. We only found out that washer/dryer was not in the unit days before we traveled. Lots of outside noise in the evening and at night. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Difficult to find way around property and desk clerk not that helpful. Could use some updating, rugs looked fairly old, large hole in comforter. Luckily weather was fairly cool or could have been miserable without air-conditioning. All in all a pleasant stay, would stay there again.

I am glad that we stay at this property to know what it was like. We probably won’t stay again as it is a little dated, elevator doesn’t run well and if you stay on a high floor, taking the stairs isn’t great.

I consider myself a well rounded traveler but upon arrival at this property it was confusing. It might have been because I was tired. When I was finally checked in, I was given rushed instructions on parking and then the fun began. Parking was confusing and it wasn’t just me there were others that I met that said they had been driving around for almost an hour trying to find the correct place to park so they could get to their room. First impressions are so IMPORTANT and although this might be a beautiful property if you aren’t greeted professionally, given clear instructions etc etc etc you are greatly disappointed.

Great Location, right on the end of Main Street. This unit was beautiful, nice beds, balconies, nice bathroom, comfy couch and gas fireplace. Pool is a little walk but not too far and had multiple hot tubs with beautiful views. Would recommend!!

Paid for a room at a construction site
One of the least enjoyable vacations in a long while. The property was under construction on both the elevator and the pool area and neither were communicated to us in advance. It feels like we were tricked into booking a room so they could make some money while they did work on the property. Having to walk up five flights of stairs at 10000 ft elevation every time you want to go to your room is completely unacceptable. The pool and hot tubs were completely closed our first day, partially open and a construction site with power tools, garbage, chaotic caution tape strung about the next day, and then open but with cones and various amenities closed off on the third day. The room is decent if not a little outdated but overall the property is not well maintained with little to no service. The great location down town is the only redeeming quality of this property.

The property itself was nice and the amenities were good. The room was in very bad condition and in my opinion unacceptable. Ceiling was peeling in living room and bathroom, sink handle was broken and kept falling off, knob to open/close the living room window was broken, and the couch cushions were torn and dirty. I would not recommended this property, particularly unit 314.

We were very disapointed with check in tried to check in early. They said they would contact us, they never did. Went back at 3:00pm room was ready, one small problem the elevator was broken for our 4th floor room. I have had 2 hip replacements ! They gave me a phone number to call, no one at the front desk could do anything. Was on the phone 3 times for 45 minutes went back in to the front desk and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. Still no elevator for our building, took the elevator for another building and walked the LONG way around. Elevator worked off and on during our stay, a little risky using. On the day of our check out, guess what, No elevator, my wife and I hauled our bags down 50 stairs 5 flights of 10 stairs to the parking garage. We had reserved a suite with a King bed I don’t believe our room had a King bed. We have stayed here 3 or 4 times and never had this much trouble. The Front Desk acted like they could not do anything just gave me a phone number to take care of it my self. The check out was vary same attitude they acted like they could care less after we told them we did not enjoy our stay. They need training in Hospitality.
