A one bedroom one bath with a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized fold out sleeper sofa!
Fill your days with pristine downhill runs or biking/hiking and enjoy access to a sauna, pool, hot tubs when you book your stay at this Breckenridge retreat. The attached garage is offering easy access and easy loading/unloading of luggage.
Located just a short walk to the lifts or a 3 min free bus ride to the Breckenridge Gondola or beaver run. Bus stop right by the condo. Main street and restaurants are within two minutes walk. This home gives you best of everything at your fingertips.
There is also a queen sized fold out sleep sofa in the living room.

A one bedroom one bath townhome style condo with a private attached garage.
A palette of soft greens and an abundance of light greet you as you step into the main living area. Sit by the warmth of the gas fireplace while you surf the cable channels, or indulge in your favorite movies on the large smart HDTV. The private washer/dryer will help you to keep the dirty clothes in check during your stay. Gas grill on the patio. Kitchen is equipped with all your needs to cook a gourmet meal, Short walk to town and all the dinning it has to offer. La Cima mall is 3 min walk from the condo.

The condo is part of the Vacasa vacation resort and has the pioneer club privileges. Guests may use the Vacasa garage parking, public parking, for two hours free parking and store skis in the valet ski service next to the fitness center. Fitness center. hot tub are all in the main building of main street station. The pool is across attached to the Marriott time share.

Park your car in the private attached garage and walk all over town. Fifty steps to the free Breck bus stop which will take you to all the ski lifts and other locations. Or drive, enter the garage two hours free parking, or walk to the Wyndham main building across the street and use all the facilities.

Super convenient location!
We really enjoyed our stay and as the title says, the location was excellent. Super close to the free shuttle to the mountain and around the rest of town. Always look forward to getting back to that warm fireplace every night;)

We loved this condo for our weekend getaway to Breck, would’ve been comfortable for a longer stay - wish we had more time! Very clean and nice amenities. Comfortable condo, right on a walking trail that leads to a park with more trails and the Breckenridge troll! Easy walk into downtown Main Street. Perfect place to stay with a pet - even a cable to tie out a dog in the small grass area near the back patio. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, great hot tub steps from front door plus access to a heated pool and more hot tubs.

Wonderful condo on the “less busy” side of town. Walking distance to restaurants, shops. Ground level access with a garage for car and bikes. Great floor plan and the furnishings were all very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend!!

Cozy, perfect location
My husband and I very much enjoyed our 1-week stay. Our dog loved it too, especially the fireplace. The Peak 9 chair lifts are an easy walk from the condo, as well as tons of bars, restaurants and shops. We really felt at home and would stay here again.

Wonderful Property and Location
We had a lovely stay at this property over a long Labor Day Weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location is wonderful, just far enough away from the bustle of Main Street, but close enough to walk in to town. The space was clean, well kept, and had all the items we needed for a comfortable stay. A great feature about the space that we did not realize until we arrived was that it backs to a nice, quiet area. Units on the other side back to Hwy 9. Additionally, the complex is a minute or two walk to the ice arena, The Troll, a nice little park, and a nice little two mile or so trail. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly check on this property's availability when we come back.
