Located very close to the best Breckenridge has to offer, being an easy walk across the street to catch a ride on the Snowflake chair lift and only about a 10 minute walk to get to restaurants and shops. Ski home at the end of the day from Peak 8 via the Four O'clock ski run. Highlander 324 is a 3 bed /3 bath town-home with plenty of room for 8 guests. On the top level you'll find the master suite with king bed, gas fireplace, flat screen tv and a newly remodeled en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

On the main level, you'll find a queen bedroom with balcony, flat screen tv (for DVD/Blu-Ray only) and en suite bath. The spacious open floor plan is wonderful for entertaining. Those relaxing by the fireplace in the living room, or watching the big game, can still chat with the family playing cards at the dining room table, or joke with whoever is cooking the day's dinner in the fully outfitted kitchen. Just off the living room, you'll find a large deck with private hot tub perfect for relaxing at day's end, after a wonderful mountain adventure. You also have the option to stroll or drive over to the Upper Village pool and hot tubs. On the lower level, you will find a bunk room with a Captain's bunk bed (twin over a full with an additional twin trundle underneath) and another single bed, flat screen tv and en suite full bathroom.

Book your dream vacation today at Highlander 324! This town home has a heated 1 car garage, with parking for a 2nd vehicle in the driveway. Only 2 vehicles allowed to park onsite (one in garage and 1 in the driveway), additional vehicles can be parked at an offsite location. Clothes washer and dryer are available on the lower level. The home has stairs and 3 levels.

No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises or grounds. This includes outside of the town home and on balconies. Smoking is prohibited by the Home Owner's Association and fines will be charged if evidence of smoking is found inside or outside the property.

The owner brings their dog for one visit per year. Although the home is thoroughly cleaned regularly, we have to disclose this for anyone who might have a dog allergy.

Perfect!
The town house worked out perfectly! It was in a fantastic location across the street and a very short walk to the equipment rental and ski lift. We even walked into town for dinner. The unit was clean and spacious and we could even have fit another family. Everything including the hot tub was in working order. The communication was great and everything was super easy. My wife said it just needs to be updated a bit for decor, bedding and softer bedding. Regardless, we’d stay there again.

Great townhouse and perfect location for skiing
This townhouse was perfect for our two families. The bedrooms were great size and accommodated two couples and 4 kids perfectly. The property was very clean, spacious and well maintained. The location was amazing, as it's just a quick 2 minute walk to/from Snowflake lift and the rental store, where you can leave your rentals overnight for pickup the next day. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect for walking to the ski lift and a short walk to Main Street. Exactly what we were looking for and the company was so responsive and easy to contact. We would definitely come back and stay here!

Great Location!
Great location near the Snowflake Lift! Also, plenty of space for everyone to hang out and visit in the kitchen/living room area. We utilized the hot tub most days, which was wonderful. There could be a bit more attention to the cleanliness however, and the pillows and beds are not the most comfortable. Overall though, great condo! We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Perfect all the way around
Highlander 324 turned out to be way better that I had hoped for. The home is very spacious (more than the pictures portray) and is very well maintained and clean. The location just across the street from the Snowflake lift and just a short walk to Main street was perfect. Having the garage to pull the car into and change out of snow gear after a long day was an added benefit. The hot tub was awesome and kept clean. Furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen is loaded with cookware, dishes and various cooking amenities. I will definitely keep this unit in find for future stays. Unfortunately due to Summit County restrictions we had to book another 1BR to accommodate our full party. Thank you to Breckenridge Resort Managers for working with us on a second place. It was worth it watching my son propose to his fiancée in the Alpine Garden at minus 5 degrees!!!

This property was warm and inviting. It was clean, with relatively nice amenities, plenty of space for everyone and very convenient to downtown and some hiking (and in the winter skiing) opportunities. The management company made things very easy on us - instructions were clear and there were no problems. Temperature for us was comfortable (our visit was in September so not too hot or too cold). I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location and Very Spacious
We had a great stay at this Highlander condo. It is steps away from the Snowflake lift and the layout is great for a group that like to have their own space. Only major negative was that the temperature was very hard to control. It was extremely hot in the upstairs and basement bedrooms. Maintenance came out to check the heat and did turn off the radiant heat in the Master Bath, but it was still so hot that we had to sleep with the windows open (in March when it was below freezing outside). There was also no non-stick frying pan and no sponge for cleaning dishes. Other than that it was a great stay. Breckenridge Resort Managers were very helpful and accommodating when we had to make a change in our reservation dates.

Great location, great floorplan.
The location of Highlander 324 is ideal. It is very close to the chairlift and close enough to town with a short walk. The condo has a very well furnished kitchen, comfortable furniture, and very good beds. The hot tub is a plus.

Convenient
We really enjoyed how close this property was to the Snowflake chair. It was convenient for our group to get on and off of the hill. We had a huge issue with temperature regulation. The whole house was over 85 degrees when we got there and even after three nights with all thermostats set as low as possible, no fireplaces on, and windows wide open it was still almost unbearable. It was clean and otherwise as advertised. One thing to note, this property will not allow service animals, no matter the disability. Overall, a good trip.
