Skiers and snowboarders will appreciate being less than a 5-minute walk from the Snowflake Lift. The Four O’Clock trail provides skiable access from the heart of the mountain to your peaceful community. After your adventures, dip in the sparkling pool or unwind in the hot tub.
Relax on your private balcony overlooking the babbling creek or snuggle up on plush furnishings by the gas fireplace inside. A quiet location on the third floor offers added privacy.
LIVING AREA
The sunlit living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat, and an armchair. Watch movies on the 40” TV, select a new book from the library, or simply enjoy the mountain views. Vaulted ceilings soar, and a gas fireplace creates added allure.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare favorite meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. The spacious countertops provide ample space and seating for three.
When it’s time to eat, share home-cooked meals around the table for six in the dining area.
BED & BATH
This condo sleeps up to eight guests between two bedrooms, the loft area, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a 32” TV, and direct access to a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom includes two twin-size beds. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
You’ll find plenty of sleeping space in the loft area between four twin-size beds.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Kick back on the balcony to enjoy views of Sawmill Gulch and the Four O’Clock ski run.
Unwind in the community hot tub after a day of mountain fun. During warmer months, take a refreshing dip in the unheated pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. A private ski locker provides additional convenience. Unassisgned parking is available for two cars in the open community lot.
This unit is located on the third floor; elevators are not available. The building does not have air-conditioning.
THE LOCATION
In addition to an excellent slope-side location, this rental also offers convenient access to in-town fun! Hop on the town shuttle (which picks up just outside your community) for a free ride to the center of town.
Stroll just 0.4 miles to Blue River Plaza to play in the grass or attend festive community events. Walk the same distance to discover a plethora of local eateries and unique shops.

Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower third (3rd) floor - 32 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
