Recently renovated with vinyl wood flooring throughout, newly installed walk-in shower, new furniture and mountain modern decor, and fresh interior paint, this charming condo is a guest favorite!

The owners, Terry and Kathie, invite you to enjoy their cozy "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

This is a true ski in, ski out condo steps to Beaver Run chairlift at Peak 9. Request an onsite shuttle or walk to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore!

1 BEDROOM / 1 FULL BATHROOM
Elk Lodge is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 774 sq ft and sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include 2 queen beds, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is one full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

WELL-APPOINTED FULL KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with bar stools, and everything you need for dining in and home-cooked meals

DINING AREA
The dining table seats 4 guests. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen which seats three more.

COZY LIVING AREA
This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a comfortable leather queen sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs.

At many lodges in Breckenridge including Beaver Run, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces are in high demand and limited, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking, and payment will be requested upon check-in at the Beaver Run Resort front desk.

BEAVER RUN RESORT FEE:

Beaver Run Resort has a daily resort fee of $24.80 per day. The resort fee will be billed separately upon booking.

Closest location to the slope you can get! Easy access to lifts, rentals, and ski school. Restaurants, market with Starbucks, game room, indoor/outdoor pool hot tubs steam room and sauna were all used by our family with no issues. The room had a good view of mountain activity and lifts. Was clean and comfortable for our family of 6.

Best Place with all the Amenities!
My family of 6 had the best stay here! My kids loved all the amenities (pool, hot tubs, arcade, ice cream, pizza) and we loved the ease of the ski in/ski out. Loved the space of the living area and the kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. Never had to leave. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Location
We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was conveniently located and close to everything (slopes, downtown breck, bus stops). Rooms were clean and the condo had a well stocked kitchen. The convenience of having access to the ski locker for the week was a bonus. The property manager was also very responsive and accommodating. Our only complaint would have been the Wifi access and TV. The resort has a new provider and the access was very inconsistent. The provider is managed by the building so not within the property owners control and it was impacting all units not just ours.

Great location
This unit was not in great physical shape; however it had everything we needed and was clean. You can’t beat the location- right off peak 8. The only issue was the ceiling in the bathroom was falling in and outside the front door had a leak, causing pieces of the ceiling coming in. It was pretty gross outside. Despite the physical age of the property, we would still stay again.

Close to Lift
Great place for 2-3 adults. Everything you need for a great stay at Breck. You can actually see the lift from your balcony. Was only about a 5 minute walk to the lift. Downtown is a little bit of a walk, about 15 minutes, but lots of stuff you want right around the resort. Highly recommend.

It was a great location for skiing. It was clean and has everything we needed. Great view of the slopes. The ski locker is small, but it did fit our six pairs of skis and poles, not boots. We turned the heat off, but the temp would not get below 72. We had three adults and three kids, so it was tight. Easy to grab lunch at the place instead of spending $20 a person at the restaurants. The adults slept poorly, but our friends said it was probably bc of the oxygen levels. We would probably go back, if we visit Breckenridge again.
