The Antico Mulino della Bozza is an estate immersed in a wonderful park of 5000 meters and is about 1.5 km from the lake and the free beach \"Le sabbie d\'oro\" of Brebbia.

At the Antico Mulino time seems to have stopped: the historic residence, completely renovated, preserves that ancient flavor of the past, where time flowed slowly and the rhythms were marked by nature.

The villa consists of two floors: on the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a wonderful kitchen with a table for six people and with all the comforts that a guest wants.
Also on the ground floor there is a living room with a single bed plus another single pull-out bed, living room and Smart TV.

On the first floor there is a large and bright double bedroom with wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom with tub / shower.

The garden is for the complete use of guests and is not completely fenced.
Major services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants are located within a radius of 2 km.

The ancient mill is the perfect base to visit Lake Maggiore in peace and with all the services at your fingertips.

Viel zu weit weg vom Schuss!!!
Die Fotos sehr gut in Szene gesetzt. Ausblicke auf einen See haben wir nicht gehabt...! Man hat auch nicht das große Grundstück für sich alleine. Grundstück sehr versteckt, angrenzend an einer Fabrik. Ganz enge Einfahrt. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Kleinbus dort lang zu kommen. Man muss alles mit dem Auto erledigen, fußläufig überhaupt nicht möglich! Sehr schlechtes WLAN(unsere Kinder finden das schrecklich) Keine Waschmaschine und sämtliche anderen Sachen die vermerkt waren, haben wir bis zum Ende nicht gefunden. Auf jeden Fall genügend Handtücher mitnehmen!!! Das Leben findet draußen statt, sollten man sich aber darauf einrichten, das immer jemand da ist. Der eine kümmert sich um die Pferde, der andere um die Blumen... Ohropacks nichts vergessen! Der widerlichen Hahn in Nachbarschaft fängt teilweise um 2:12uhr an zu krähen ... Wir fühlen uns jedenfalls ordentlich verarscht und würden dorthin nicht mehr fahren. Wir sind freiwillig 3 Tage eher nachhause gefahren um endlich in Ruhe schlafen zu können. PS: Wir fahren nächstes Jahr wieder nach Italien, werde aber mit Sicherheit auf jede Kleinigkeit im Inserat achten. Weil das was dort präsentiert wird, entspricht überhaupt nicht der Wahrheit
