Wetroom with shower and  WC. First floor: 1 king bedroom with ensuite shower, walkway to 1 double bedroom. Second Floor: Snug room, 1 twin Bedroom. 1 bathroom with narrow slipper bath (restricted height due to eaves) Luxuries: Wood burner General: WiFi, Smart TV,  highchair, travel cot, stairgate Utilities: Rangemaster stove, gas hob, elec oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine Standard: Kettle, toaster, iron Other: Linen and towels (excluding beach towels) provided, stairgate on second floor. 2pm arrival time Outdoors: Front lawn and rear courtyard, garden furniture, some out-house storage Parking: On street parking closeby.

Super house
We loved staying at Gladstone House, our 3 grandchildren joined us for a few nights and they loved exploring the unusual layout - over the ‘bridge’ to the double bedroom , the ‘secret’ staircase to the self contained apartment which our birthday boy had sole use of. The house had everything we needed and was more like a home from home. We promised to book again for the next boy’s birthday in November.
