This hotel is one of the first luxury hotels in Brasilia. The location is very good but the hotel is old and in need of a renovation. You're already feeling the weight of your age.

O Hotel é antigo com algumas reformas. Um dos grandes problemas é o barulho do ar condicionado, daqueles de janela, antifgos, que, apesar de gelar bem, é estrondoso. Banho bom, cama boa, TV igual e café OK.

Hotel muito bem localizando, ao lado de dois shopping, lanchonete, posto de gasolina e poucos metros da torre de tv de Brasília. Café da manhã médio poderia melhorar um pouco os bolos são muitos secos… tirando esse ponto o hotel excelente apesar de ser antigo é muito bom … super recomendo .

Tenho sugestão a fazer. As tomadas ficam abaixo da bancada. Sou idoso, com problema de coluna. Precisei de ajuda do pessoal da manutenção para ligar meu notebook e desligá-lo. Falha impensável em tempos de conceito ESG. Minha esposa chegou do Japão com muitas bagagens. Fui obrigado a empurrar o maior carrinho de malas, sem ajuda do pessoal da casa. O box estava sem lugar para colocar o sabonete e shampoos, embora possua uma dos mais completas estruturas para deficientes já vistas por mim em hotéis. Os comentários acima visam permitir à empresa o aprimoramento dos seus serviços.

Os móveis são bem antigos. A Tv não estava funcionando muito bem. O travesseiro não era de qualidade, era duro. Não havia uma manta apenas uma concha/cobre leito e parecia bem velho com as bordas descosturando.

Baratas pelo quarto, fiação exposta, cama de mola
Minha estadia foi terrível por diversos motivos. Os quartos possuem camas de mola que afundam completamente, resultando em péssimas noites de sono. O banheiro apresentava mofo no teto, e para piorar, encontramos baratas no quarto, apesar de estarmos no 10º andar. Além disso, havia fiação exposta, não isolada, com fusíveis localizados perigosamente ao lado da cama.
