The apartment was in very bad conditions. Very dirty, bad, pillows and bad clothes in a very poor quality. Dangerous electricity wires. The property shouldn't be listed for rent. I left the place after the 1st night and would like to have my money back as soon as possible.

Apartamento antigo com mofo, cama totalmente desconfortável, banheiro com problemas hidráulicos, ausência de box no banheiro. Nessa altura do campeonato, ter cortina no banheiro, melhor ficar em um albergue.

Estacionamento normal como de bsb. Check-in muito rápido. Elevadores ótimos. Hall dos apartamentos ótimos. Adentrando ao quarto: banheiro limpo, dois papéis higiênicos, chuveiro muito bom. Descarga da privada não tem a melhor vazão de descargas. Limpeza do quarto estava boa. Cama de molas, estava aparentemente normal e boa. Travesseiros também são bons. Localização é boa. PORÉM, O APARTAMENTO NÃO É O DA FOTO! Não imaginem que vocês irão alugar este apartamento da foto, pois não é o mesmo. O chão é diferente, as paredes são diferentes. O apartamento todo é diferente. Em que pese o apartamento estar razoavelmente habitável, NÃO É O APARTAMENTO DA FOTO MENCIONADA NO ANÚNCIO.

O estado de conservação do quarto é bastante ruim. Os controles sem pilhas, cortinas sujas e quebradas. Não tinha QR code ou cardápios para solicitação de room services e não foi entregue qdo solicitado. Não possui amenindades de banheiro, que tb está em mau estado de conservação. O check-in não havia sido liberado pelo proprietário mesmo após o pagamento.

Conveniente para emergências
Hospedagem em caráter emergencial devido à perda de um voo enquanto esperava o próximo, remanejado. Atendeu minha necessidade evitando permanecer 8 horas no aeroporto ou “na rua”. Já havia me hospedade no Hotel Kubitscheck Plaza outras vezes, e voltarei a fazê-lo pois é um bom hotel, mas o apartamento do Flat que utilizei não se compara e é inferior aos do hotel quanto à conservação, conforto e amenidades. Serve como um “quebra-galho” para emergências.

Atendeu as expectativas na média. Porém o quarto não tinha cobertor, sorte que estava calor, sem ar condicionado, toalhas não eram trocadas, instalações velhas, exceto a cama, nova e boa. Itens de toilets como sabonete a desejar , shampoo ausente. Frigobar não gela. Cadeira quebrada. Acho que o quarto precisa de uma boa manutenção , e as roupas de cama e banho precisam ser trocadas diariamente.

Poderia ter sido melhor
Não foi muito bem o que eu esperava. Um quarto muito antigo precisando de alguns consertos. A questão de não ter cobertor para oferecer ao seu hóspede tbm achei muito ruim. Acredite que nesse quarto eu nao ficaria mais.
