Price was good, but breakfast lacking. Owners were not customer friendly when asked for a packet of oatmeal or milk, since the containers were empty, they acted put out by your request. Feel like owners thought, since the price was low, you should be happy and not complain about anything,like no hairdryer or request new towel, because you were staying 2 nights.

Good for the money
We stayed here 1 night and it was okay. The gravy wasn't good at all & biscuits were good at breakfast. The bed wasn't comfortable & squeaked everytime I turned over. There's a nice size fridge plus microwave and sink for washing dishes. There's even a toaster & coffee pot with coffee to use.

Cleanliness was average. Was not dirty and did not feel uncomfortable. Breakfast was included and was average as well, but good value for the price! Service was wonderful.

Great affordable place in Branson West
This was our first visit to Crestview Inn. We were attracted by the location and affordability. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the heater worked great. Good TV. Free breakfast buffet included biscuits and gravy, waffles, breads, cereals and juice. More options would have been nice (sausage, eggs), but it was adequate, especially considering the low price for our room. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas and staff was accommodating. Some property improvements could be made (better water pressure in shower, electrical outlets, softer towels), but overall we were very satisfied and can recommend Crestview Inn as an affordable option in Branson West.

Its just ok.
The hotel was clean and remodeled, which was a plus. The beds were uncomfortable -- we changed rooms the bed was so bad and the second room wasn't much of an improvement. Ownership has done their best to polish up the old joint, but we wouldn't recommend it necessarily.

Great visit to Branson, will be back again.
Bob Patel was an excellent host. Provided us with excellent service and helped with whatever we needed to make our stay comfortable. Rooms clean, comfortable. Very reasonably priced and close to Silverdollar City. Only 10-20 minutes to almost any venue on the 76 strip. Breakfast was ok, but would have been great with scrambled eggs. But adequate.
