This home has been thoughtfully curated with your ultimate comfort in mind, knowing you will need the perfect place to unwind after a packed agenda featuring all the local activities.

The open concept kitchen and living area is inviting for both relaxation and conversation, with functional yet comfortable seating options. Enjoy a movie night on the large screen TV gathered together on the sofa with chaise lounge, or a delicious meal at the beautiful dining room table with seating for 6. Speaking of meals, the modern kitchen with its glossy countertops and standard appliances is equipped with all your cooking and dining needs and includes both a drip coffee pot and Keurig.

You can enjoy even more of the fresh mountain air relaxing on the screened-in porch which has additional sofa-style seating, or by cooking outside using the provided grill. It’s also the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or just unwind with an evening cocktail.

This home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed with TV.

Bedroom #2 has a king size bed with TV, and an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. A sliding glass door provides direct access to the home’s covered patio.

There is an additional shared bathroom in the home with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-in unit, no steps.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and can not waive it. On day of arrival all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.

You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This ideal location puts you within 12 miles of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
