The original cabin I stayed in was terrible. Not clean, used syringe in bathroom drawer, kitchen sink chipped with sharp edges. Kitchen counter trim falling off. WiFi would not reach the 2nd bedroom, staples sticking out of carpet due to missing threshold, tvs poor picture quality.

The rooms adjoin, the neighbors are CLOSE so you will hear them even if they are quietly talking. We put a towel under the door which helped. The bed skirt was quite dirty on the end of the bed-not quite sure what it was but the sheets and covers were clean. This is a gated community very close to the strip-super convenient for shopping or visiting attractions. There is a guard on duty at all times which is very comforting. All staff was very friendly.

I did not like that the room we rented had bed bugs. Very gross and we left without spending the night. I requested a refund and neither Westgate or Expedia would provide one. In any event, a very bad experience.

Beautiful property
Absolutely beautiful property. We loved our room. My only complaint was that the sheets to the sofa bed were on it and folded up in it. They looked clean but smelled very bad, I think bc they were folded down into the sofa bed. Also, the Marketplace only had one worker. She was making Starbucks coffee for people so anyone wanting gifts had to wait awhile. Other than that, friendly staff and gorgeous property.

Smelly, Pet Stained Carpet
We were surprised with a $150 non-refundable pet cleaning fee upon check in. All floors in our villa were tile except for the bedroom. The carpet in the bedroom had numerous large pet stains throughout the room. The pet fee is supposed to be a cleaning fee, however, it is obvious they did not clean the in pet stains in the villa they rented to us. It was not possible for housekeeping to miss seeing the stains. There were numerous spots that very clearly occurred over an extended period of time. Also, you must bring your own potty pick-up bags, as they don't provide those either. Our villa didn't have a tub as advertised. There are amenities on the property, but you have to drive to get to any of them. Restaurant was closed the entire time we were there, as well. Poor experience.
