If you are looking for the perfect Branson Retreat-this is it!!! Walk in, 3 Bedroom Townhome, located in Pointe Royale Resort! This is sure to be the perfect place for your stay!

No steps to enter this beautiful townhome! Perfect for anyone with mobility issues. The main floor contains a large living room so you all can gather together for memory making, movie time, or relaxation after long days of exploring all that Branson has to offer! A large power reclining sectional and second power reclining sofa make it possible for everyone to have a comfortable seat. We have also provided a large dining room table for story telling time over a meal all together or a family game night. Cook your meals in our beautiful and wonderfully stocked large kitchen. When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find a king master suite bedroom on the main floor, and a queen and king bedroom upstairs. If you need more sleeping space, we have provided 2 rollaway beds with memory foam mattresses.

Lots of entertainment provided right in this beautiful townhome! There is a TV in every room with access to Cable TV and Netflix. All ages will enjoy the multi game stand up arcade for some old school classic fun! Morning coffee on the patio enjoying the beautiful Ozark Mountains, or a nightcap on the patio with the ambience of the cafe lights. Both bedrooms upstairs walk out to the upper level deck to enjoy some fresh air! Grab the cornhole bags set that we have provided, and head out to the green space around our townhome and have a family fun game of bags.

When you are ready to venture out, you don't have to go too far! So many amenities provided right in the resort! You can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool and hot tub (adult only), playground, dog park, amazing fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more.

***1 Dog CONSIDERED. DO NOT INSTANT BOOK without discussing and getting PRE approval for your dog. We consider 1 small to medium, low shedding, adult dog. Your dog must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, is not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.

Perfect Family Getaway!!
Excellent location for all!! Lots of space for rest an relaxing but play room for the grands as well. The house was clean, had all we needed for a great family getaway!! The indoor pool was also a big hit with the kiddos! Will recommend to others coming to Branson!

Branson Getaway
Mulligan Retreat located in Pointe Royale was a great place for our family vacation. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had all you needed to cook and serve meals. The common area had plenty of seating for conversations or watching tv. The outdoor deck had a high table and chairs as well as an electric grill. My only complaint was that the floors were not clean when we arrived. I notified the owner and she was apologetic. There was a vacuum and mop available so I just cleaned them myself. Brenda said she would alert the cleaning team and ask guests to remove shoes upon entering the home so as to not track in dirt or asphalt.

Great property in a great location
Clean, well-maintained, spacious condo close to the strip and the lake. My family of five (three adults and two children, 4 and 6) spent a week at the Mulligan Retreat. Booking and check-in were easy, Brenda provided great pre-arrival information and access codes about a week before we arrived. Great follow-up when we had a temporary internet issue. The condo is well located, just 10 minutes to the strip or TRL. It was a great place for a summer family renunion.

Good Location
This place was the right fit for my family and my friends family. I like that one bedroom was on the first floor and the other 2 were upstairs. The kitchen was big enough for 2 adults to work on cooking dinner at the same time. The electric grill on the back porch was great for steaks, burgers, hot dogs and corn on the cobb. It was smalll but did the job. The parking is ok. Having 3 kids we had alot of stuff to haul in but made it work. Brenda was easy to get a hold of and responded very quickly. We had a serve storm while there and couldnt figure out how to get the local tv channels to work and we couldn't get the wifi to connect. We were able to look up that local sirens go off if winds are 70mph or stronger. The game station upstairs was great for the kids. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will stay here again. The gated community was very peaceful. The pools are not in walking distances with kids. We enjoyed evenings at the pools. They are open until 11pm. Great place to book!

mulligan condo was very nice
great condo -floors needed sweeping and instructions say to leave it broom clean -I swept it before I left. it was a little warm upstairs but they did have a fan. we loved the outside decks that backed to a creek -nice and private. the owners responded very quickly to a few minor items that needed attention. and always emailed back promptly answering all my questions. perfect location away from the traffic on the strip but just a few minutes away from all activities. The area was great and so much to do!! great vacation.
