The room with the view and spiders

The room 1242A was absolutely incredible. It’s beautiful. The balcony was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was the Jacuzzi/shower. They were about 10 baby spiders in the tub and on the shower curtain. Also, the shower knob very, very hard to work

So relaxing, with LOTS of amenities. Kitchenette in the studio room, and convenience store at top of hill, mean you don’t have to leave the property unless you choose to. Easy access to main Branson attractions.

I like the location of the property. Away from the strip,yet easy to get to. We have stayed here many times and have really never had a problem with anything. When we did have issues and called about them, they were fixed in a timely manner. Love having a separate bedroom from the living and eating area.

Service was excellent! Outside of our room (A) there was food on the ground. Under the mattress of the LR sofa bed needs cleaning (food and crumbs) popcorn under the sofa. The master bathroom needs complete new paint job. The years of touch up look a little sloppy and tacky. The patio needs a good cleaning. There was food in the corners and tons of cob webs. We love Falls Creek and will be back. The units are just starting to show some wear.

Bed was not comfortable at all. I slept on the loveseat for the pull out. Walls are super thin so you heard people/kids yelling and running all night. The indoor pool was nice and they supplied life jackets. Hotel staff was nice as well. But left a day early
