Property could be much better than it is with a little more love and care. The prices are a great value for the resorts and it is conviently located off the main drag but close enough to the action. The facilities are not well insulated so it reminds me of my first apartment. I can hear neighbors above me and dingbats in condos around me. In the middle of the night it does not matter which floors flush, you will hear it like an airplane is taking off. It awoke the children multiple times. Bring a sound machine it helps drown it out a bit.

Very nice room with quality furnishings, nicely stocked dishes and utensils, and well maintained interior. Outdoors is equally well manicured and landscaped. Plenty of activities in the main area, although it was 1/2 mile from our building. Checkin is a hassle. Undisclosed "resort fee" charged at the desk. Stood in line to check in, then had to walk across the room to another line to get a parking permit! 6 hours between 10am checkout and 4pm checkin means you don't get a full day. We booked the first night separate from remaining nights (for other reasons), but couldn't directly transfer... had to load up and drive around for 6 hours then come back.

Great experience!

Great room! Had a studio, so cute! Check in was breeze and staff was very cherry and helpful. They were even able to get tickets to shows for us. The room we had, had a kitchenette. It was stocked with plenty of extra tissue and paper towels etc so we didn’t need anything at all during our stay. Plenty to do. Pool was in nice shape. Toilets flushed, elevator worked and was clean. Ice machine worked. Great experience.

It was not publicized that one of the pools was closed and the pull out bed was not clean. Everything else was great. The other amenities were excellent. Nice staff, well-equipped kitchens, many grills throughout the property, many options for outdoor recreation and all the equipment was provided. We’d definitely visit again!

The room was very nice and clean. it was a condo type suite and felt very private. The property was gorgeous and right on the lake but still close to everything. Loved our stay here will be returning next time.

We were not able to get in our room by 4 due to it not being ready. All the amenities were way up front. You had to drive to get there. Elevator was down so 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. Room wasclean. Lights right outside our door made it hard to sleep because it kept the room lit up all night

We were very happy with our stay at a Suites at Fall Creek. We found the studio apartment to be very comfortable for the two of us. It was an affordable option and better than a hotel for us. The kitchenette was nice for the meals we decided to eat there. The location was great for us as well It was nearby all the things we wanted to do in Branson.

We had a nice stay. We were disappointed that the indoor pool Is in the middle of remodel and nowhere near usable. Lovely grounds with nice outdoor activities including a pool, miniature golf etc. we enjoyed our stay.

Tori checked us in and was very helpful and welcoming. The unit was clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. Pillows are a bit hard. Mini golf and outdoor pool and tennis courts looked fun but we did not have time to use. Property is dated, carpets clean but stained.

Condo was a good place to stay and convenient for area attractions. The indoor pool was closed all week. The outdoor pools were packed and not the cleanest. We enjoyed the game room, tennis court, mini golf, and other amenities that were offered. Overall a good place to stay and on par for the expectations.

Loved suites at fall creek! We had 2 adjoining units and it was like an apartment. Master suite and guest suite. Full kitchen and living room, kitchenette in guest room, inscreened lani with table and chairs. So perfect for us. The grounds are beautiful. Just as pictured. So much to do, great distance to main strip. Far enough away to not get the town noise and traffic, close enough to easily drive in every night for a show. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend

The room was very dirty. Bathtubs were super dirty, hair all over it and foot prints. Laundry closet was missing a door and hardware was sitting on the side. Kitchen was dirty and sink had coffee spots all over it. Lots of dust everywhere. Floors weren’t clean nor vacuumed. Service was very poor from management, it took almost an hour for someone to try to resolve what to do. We miss a dinner reservation we had and finally we decided to check out. What a horrible experience. As of today they haven’t refund me yet, manager said they were going to refund me, but now they are not answering my messages or calls. Save your money don’t stay here.
