Check in was wonderful. The suite lacked. First night, could hear up stairs people stomping around. Next night, the side neighbor water kept turning on and off. Rooms are small. Pull out couch was super hard. One kid slept on the floor bc the carpet was softer. Missing spoons and no decaf.

Property was dirty and smelly. Room definitely needs attention. Bathtub looks old, shower head sprayed hard and couldn't be adjusted. Bed was rock hard. Staff was great though.

We booked the one-bedroom suite at Fall Creek during Christmas weekend and absolutely LOVED our room and the area of our stay. Before booking, I was a little concerned about the location, but it turned out to be GREAT! The property is only about an 8-minute drive from the 76 Strip and roughly 17 minutes from downtown—very convenient and an easy drive. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly, informative, and greeted us with a warm smile. When we checked out, we received the same kind and welcoming farewell. It has truly been a while since I’ve experienced genuine Southern hospitality, and we sincerely thank you all for that. Our room felt like a true home away from home. It was clean, very spacious, and well-equipped with plenty of amenities—even a DVD player and a broom and dustpan! A small vacuum could be a helpful addition, but that’s a very minor suggestion and certainly not a complaint. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we were very impressed with the comfort, hospitality, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our time here and will absolutely be staying again in the future. We highly recommend Fall Creek to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Fully equiped kitchen, nice rooms and showers, the towels are huge so that was nice. The staff was SO friendly and that made our stay even better. We will definitely be dtaying here from now on! I didn't go to the pool but my kids did and loved it.

The room was cold at times and it’s winter, they said if someone in the adjoining condo turned on their air conditioning it would affect us as well, for which there is no excuse. We are both disabled to where the cold affects us more than an average couple and we were very uncomfortable at times. Also there was the smell of marijuana multiple times in our room when we went in, so someone adjacent to us must have been using in their room and that bothered us. The staff were fine and the room though dated was clean and large. There was no room service for the 4 days we were there they informed us, but that didn’t bother us.
