The staff was very helpful and friendly. We extended our stay one more night. Very happy with our condo, however, the carpet needs replacing and the bathroom needs updating. It was clean and the anemities were great!! Would definitely stay again.

It was a beautiful country area very clean out side property. But inside was a different story, however it is dated that wasn’t the problem. It was dirty and there seemed to be mold in some areas in the bathrooms like around the tub and around fan. And even though the carpet was a dark green it looked dirty the baseboards were also dirty. And the beds felt like there was a permanent impression of someone’s body and they also put the shower rod on wrong so the shower curtain clung to your body. TOTALLY NOT COOL. Then there was so many spiders outside our room at night, the staff should take time to clean the spider webs during the day so those gray and black spiders are not hanging around the guest doors❤️

Room was fine with no problems. Getting to it was another issue. Desk gave us the wrong key to the wrong building. There is no room service or clean up if staying more than one night. Plus they pull you aside and try to sell the property. Uncomfortable.

Toilet had poop smeared on it upon our arrival. Hair in the bathtub and kitchen sink. Kitchen faucet didn’t work BUT having a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit is so nice having a 2 year old. Management staff was very friendly and apologetic.

Good, not great

We have stayed several times as it is good enough and generally a good price. Amenities (mini-golf, pools, game room etc) are nice. Floor plan on units is well designed. Generally quiet as it is away from the main tourist area. Interiors are clean. Landscaping is well done and enjoyable. Exteriors of units (stairs, walks, siding) are not maintained. Trash and debris on stairs, Siding is dirty and will get clothes dirty if brushed against it. Interior of units are dated. Decore from the '90. Generally the units are clean but lots of wear and tear visible on walls and furniture. It is a timeshare resort that does presentations that can be refused. Go and enjoy the place, but don't expect the latest in interior finishes.

Made my concerns noted to front desk. Never received a phone call back regarding the matters. Commons area was nasty including elevator areas and sidewalks to condo trash just setting out. And huge stains were housekeepers at left bags setting wall, clean on concrete walkways
