Branson in the fall is absolutely beautiful. The crisp air, fall colors and sounds of the forest. Had we stayed at the usual "brand-name" hotel we would have missed so much. The Bradford is not just a place to sleep when you are away from home. Shutting off the television and sitting on the back porch with it's view of the valley at sunset is something you are not likely to experience at the "brand name" hotel. Together with all that Branson has to offer like shows and shopping; no wonder this was the most relaxing and enjoyable visit. The Bradford is above and beyond what you get at other locations and I will return as often as I can.

Loved the self check in for late arrivals. Thankful for "quiet hours" the guests above us and their kids were VERY noisy running all over.. but did quiet down over night. Loved the view and restaurant was amazing- wish there was a way for "guests" of hotel to get in restaurant without 90 min wait- or be able to order to go option. Loved the kitties!!!

The beds were stiff and the parking was not great, but overall it was a great stay. We wanted to try the cafe but every time we went they had a line wrapped around the building.

I love this inn. It is so pretty. They have enough beds for a family of 5, you are able to actually move around in the room. It is kind of like staying in a small apartment. We did sit outside and enjoyed the fall wheather. I love how they decorated for Christmas. Check in and check out is so simple. We will be staying here again.

Very strong cheap, gas station cleaner smell the moment I unlocked the door. Didn’t know if it was masking mold smell because there was extremely poor ventilation. The whole room felt wet into the night after showering. Very loud conditioning unit. No secondary safety lock which is concerning because the lock is electrical and other reviews claim it was faulty. This is super cheap to do. “Coffee bar” is a joke but this cheap setup is the latest hack owners and management try to squeeze more $ out of you in less value for you and more savings for them and the Bradford isn’t the only one. Horribly loud noises from people above you late into the night (room 3-don’t get first floor as I saw other complaints about this too). Bed caved in, towels and seem 10 years old, bedding did not match-all things I’ve never experienced in a “boutique hotel”. It is cuter than your average hotel but I would not stay again unless I got another good deal. Curb appeal for sure and gazebo is cute. Parking convenient. Location is very quiet outside of the property itself. Steamy Joes had a nice view but the long line with upset looking customers staring at you and not so nice young staff ladies takes away from the experience. The size and layout cannot efficiently operate the volume it’s attempting. Money needs to be invested to improve the conditions and value over chasing more dollars in different ventures here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at The Bradford Inn! Everything was as shown in the pictures listed. It was a quiet and peaceful experience. Breakfast at Steamy Joes was wonderful, and the view throughout the location was beautiful no matter the time of day. I am excited to come back and enjoy another stay the next time a vacation is needed.
