Super easy check in, staff friendly and welcoming, the room was just nice! Very clean rooms, can definitely tell the place is well cared for, everything stocked and plenty towels! Honestly, the ONLY downside to my whole experience there, there arent microwaves in the room. Although, there is one you can use until they close by front desk. But beautiful rooms, staff awesome, super clean, and very quiet place! Definitely recommend and will be back!

We really enjoyed how quiet it was, and the staff were friendly, and helpful. We felt the beds were comfortable, but the linens, and towels, didn't seem as clean, or fresh-smelling as we would have liked. The carpet on the floor was spotted, and stained, but overall, the room appeared decent, and we decided we would gladly stay again, especially considering the price. The breakfast was good, hot, and plentiful, and we loved that there was white gravy with no sausage in it, as we prefer, for the biscuits, and eggs. All in all, we felt Twelve Oaks Inn was ideal for our needs, and we liked staying there!

Room was clean. The room didn't get cleaned while we were there, but they did come empty the trash and replace the towels. That was perfectly fine with us. We really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast would have been better with some bacon or sausage, but we were able to get full on what they offered. Everyone we delt with was very nice and i would definitely stay again.

The first night we stayed there we had clean towels the second and third night. I had to go upfront to the office to get clean towels for both nights the floor or the room was not cleaned at all the second and third night we were there.

Beds were older and not the most comfortable. Room was clean. Had a "family" room even though we only needed 2 queen beds. Had 2 queen and a king in this room. Was nice with small fridge and microwave. AC was phenomenally cold. They were accommodating letting my friend check in as she arrived before me.
