Palace View was great. It was clean and plenty of room and spacious. The screened patio off the living room was nice to sit out to drink your morning coffee or just sit out there to be outside. The bed was quite comfortable. We would stay there again if we came. The resort fee was a bummer and was the only negative of the stay. Overall the stay was comfortable and peaceful.

Great location and spacious
The unit had everything we needed for : night stay. It is conveniently located to Branson attractions and restaurants. There was plenty of room. It’s a second floor unit, so if you don’t pack light, you’ll deal with stairs.

We loved everything about our stay except the dim street lighting throughout the resort. Since our stay was in December, when it gets dark early, it was a bit of a challenge the first time we had to find our building and associated parking lot. Better lighting would have helped greatly. It got easier to manage once we were familiar with the property but more lighting would still have been appreciated. Outside of that, the room was great! It was clean, comfortable, and updated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too. We'll be back!

We always enjoy staying Palace View. However, our unit this time was a unit with a connecting door inside our unit that connected to the unit next to us and the door from our unit did not have a lock on it. This presented a security concern to me and while i do like the option of connecting unit o feel both sides should have a lock.

The property was clean and fine. Pool and hot tub were nice and staff was helpful. We could hear our neighbors like they were in our room, there was no noise barrier. Also, our neighbors were smoking and the air was pushed through to our room, so we could smell it in our unit.

Very convenient to head out and and have say with the family not far at all fun all the fun. And plenty to do at the hotel as well like ping pong and swimming was very enjoyable.

This is year four of us staying at this establishment. We've loved it and recommended it to many. However, this year, we were quite dissatisfied with our stay. A water line broke under the sidewalk of our building. We were without water for more than 12 hours and they were using a jackhammer, concrete saw, and tractor outside our room until 2am. When talking with front desk staff, they were very apathetic and unaccomodating. I can no longer recommend this location.
