Elegance and luxury awaits you in this stunning condo that provides you with beautiful décor, furnishings, upscale amenities, and a Perfect Location in the Heart Of Branson. The condo is just Minutes Away From Everything Branson has to offer for your memorable vacation. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home and it is just minutes away from everything Branson has to offer: family-friendly activities, restaurants, dining, and shows. You’ll love Heldstab Haven at Foothills of Thousand Hills, it is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The space
Enjoy Branson from this new condo in the Foothills of Thousand Hills Golf Resort. Heldstab Haven at Foothills is larger than most and is about 1,700 sq. ft. giving you plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your vacation. Free Parking right in front. My unit is at ground level with only 2 small steps.
We are located only 1 block from the clubhouse that includes an indoor-outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and fitness area.

The condo features new furnishings; 4 smart TV's, free wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, 4 ceiling fans, and more. Relax on the covered patio.

The Master Bedroom ensuite has a King pillow top bed, private bathroom with large vanity. The 2nd Bedroom ensuite has a King size pillow top bed with private bath which includes a walk-in shower. The 3rd Bedroom (the bunk room) has 3 queen beds, one is Queen pillow top bed and the other is a queen size bunk bed with stairs going to the top queen bed. We also have a pack-n-play so you don’t have to drag yours along on the trip. The living room has 2 recliners, a sofa and a love seat in the living room provide the plenty of comfortable seating space to set by the fireplace. Seating for 8 around the large dining room table with an additional 4 along the bar. We have one booster seat for the little ones. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home, so you can cook whatever you desire (but you might want to bring your own spices/seasonings).

Guest access
During your stay you will have exclusive private use of Heldstab Haven at Foothills of Thousand Hills. We have a couple of owner’s closets where we keep personal items and additional cleaning supplies, please respect our privacy for these. You will have full access to the amenities of the resort with a pool pass and a door key code. The club house has both an indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, & exercise room, all only a block from my condo. The clubhouse is open till 10PM (seasonal on outdoor pool). 2 Parking Spaces are located directly in front of the condo, with more only a short walk away.

Interaction with guests
This is a “private home” for you to enjoy. I want you to feel like you are entering your own place. I try to make check in and out as painless as possible. Access is as simple as an electronic key code lock. I will send a welcome packet with your private lock code and directions before you arrive.

My place is stocked with everything you may need (as we stay here often). And we respect your privacy during your stay. We are always available by phone, text, or email, so please don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything.

Cozy!

We were in Branson during the storms and flooding. This place was like coming home in the evenings. So spacious and cozy! The fireplace was so nice! It was decorated so cute, but not crowded. Great location!

Over it was a great stay.Plenty of room, clean and little extra provided. A couple of suggestions the bedroom all need a chair to sit in. A step stool needs to be provided to get in the high bed. The extension cord going up the second bed does not work. A power strip in master by lamps would be great help.

Great place right off Branson strip.

This place is amazing. Very big and spacious, plenty of beds and three bathrooms! We had an excellent stay. This place is exactly as described. When I booked I mentioned that we were coming to Branson for my daughter’s birthday and when we arrived there was a birthday balloon and gift bag with snacks. My daughter loved it. Will definitely be referring my friends and family.

New and comfy!

Main bedroom (off the living room) king size bed was very comfortable! We have a sleep number bed at home and usually do not sleep well when on vacation, not the case this time. All beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Ceiling fans in every room, did not squeak when turned on high (we all need a fan in our family). Easy entry and lockup with coded door lock. Basic household supplies (tp, paper towels, dish soap, etc.) made our stay so easy. We have stayed in a variety of condos in many places and this varies, thank you for your consideration of providing these necessities. The absolute only con with this condo is the noise from upstairs tenants. We believe we had a toddler/small children and adults staying in the unit above us and you could hear every step, flush, etc. This did not hinder our enjoyment of the condo, however, it is something people should know. Some are more sensitive than others, we are pretty easy going! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo for our family Christmas vacation!

Quick Family Get-Away

This property was perfect for our family of 10 stay. We had 6 adults and 4 children (all under the age of 6). We fit nicely, with plenty of safe space for the kids to play Chuck eas super responsive and helpful when we had a question or two. The location was perfect for all of our activies: Dolly Pardon Stampede, Hurts Donuts, Silver Dollar city and even a quick trip to urgent care (also a positive experience). My son enjoyed the pool at the clubhouse, and we all had a great 2 night stay. We would definitely book here again!

Perfect Condo for multi family

Everything was perfect for our 3 families. One family had two children that loved the bunk beds in their room! All beds were comfortable! Location allows easy access to all points of interest and shopping. Description was spot on and cleanliness was great! The kids also loved the access to the indoor pool.

Branson Christmas Trip

This condo is perfect if you want everyone on the same level. 3 nice sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for the 6 of us. It was very clean and welcoming. It was also in a very convenient location to everything in Branson. Kitchen was perfect for our needs and the host responded quickly to any questions I had. We would definitely stay there again!

Ladies weekend

A few of us came from Illinois and met up with a couple of ladies from Texas. No steps which was good for the group we had. It is very close to highway 76. The place is very roomy. We enjoyed the fireplace and the Christmas decorations.
