Everything was nice, the only thing I have to say is that housekeeping did not clean our room/restock towels etc once in the 3 nights we stayed ... other than that it was great!

This hotel was close to shopping and centrally located for all shows and activities which was great. The breakfast was average. The beds were comfortable. The biggest downside was not much lighting in the rooms. But I would definitely stay here again.

If you want to smell mildew while in the elevator or want the option to slip in the shower and bust your head open then this is the place for you. Otherwise I’d find another place to stay. It’s anything but grand. Beds aren’t very comfortable. If you are on the 3rd floor you can hear everything the people above you are doing. You do get to wake up to the smell of breakfast in your room. Idk if ours was above the kitchen or what but kind of annoying. The bottom Of the tub is beyond slick. They are aware of this because they give you a nonslip mat that only covers half so you can still slip and fall. Which is exactly what happened to my 8 year old and he hit her head. Almost ended up googling for the nearest hospital. There is also a $100 Charge once you arrive in case they need to charge you for something for the room along with an extra $20 a night if you have a 3rd person which I didn’t realize when I first booked my room. I do not recommend this hotel in the slightest.

Clean and cozy rooms, check-in was smooth and friendly. Only dislike was the only hot tub is in building 1 and i was roomed in building 2 so you have to walk outside through the cold to enjoy the tub in the winter months but thats just being picky. Very nice hotel, will definitely stay here again in the future.

The stay and check in was perfect. The carts for luggage need to be a little larger and change the old with new. Make customers aware before hand that you have two pools but the indoor one is only located in the first building. Was disappointed because the weather was 30 degrees outside and I have a 5 year old. Lastly, elevator in the second building needs some updates. Otherwise everything was great.

Breakfast wasnt the best, and the room tv was kinda small but the staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Didnt really like that the pool was in a different building then where we were staying. With it being cold out we didnt use it for that reason. Id definitely stay at this location again because of its location. Its not right on the strip but close attractions and to walmart for quick needed items.

Staff were great!
The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating! The hotel was a stop for several bus loads of travelers. It seemed that no matter what time we came for breakfast, it was packed and food ran out easily. But it was a nice stay and convenient to shows, but not directly on the highway, so nice and quiet. All in all, a nice place.
