Vacation in our beautiful, newly remodeled, and "Black Bear"-themed condo within the Pointe Royale gated community, equipped with top amenities! This ground-level condo (only two steps up to the front door) is located right on the Championship 18-hole Golf Course and next to tennis courts, pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor pools, and a hot tub. A playground, dog parks, trails, and a gorgeous clubhouse with a restaurant are also right next to the condo!

"The Black Bear" has all the comforts of home and more. Enjoy high-speed WiFi and cable TV to stay connected and entertained during your stay. The spacious king-size bed, complete with a brand-new foam mattress and topper, promises a restful night's sleep. For extra guests, there’s a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa. Wake up to stunning views and catch a glimpse of early morning golfers while sipping your coffee on the patio. A washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.

We are just two miles from Moonshine Beach and only four miles from Branson's famous Strip, where you'll find shopping, Silver Dollar City, shows, zip lines, cave tours, nature hikes, boating, fishing, and wineries. You can also fish right from the bank (fishing license required). There's no shortage of fun and relaxation!

Before you arrive, we'll provide a secret code for seamless entry into your home-away-from-home throughout your stay. Parking is easy, with space available directly in front of the condo for up to two vehicles. Your convenience and comfort are our top priorities, and we aim to make your stay as stress-free as possible.

At "The Black Bear," we extend a warm welcome to our four-legged guests as well! We happily accommodate one dog weighing up to 20 pounds to join you during your stay. A one-time pet fee of $75 per stay applies. We kindly request that while you're away from the condo, your furry friend be crated and not allowed on the furniture at any time. This helps ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Please keep in mind that any damages caused by your pet will be billed to the guest, so let's make sure your pet's stay is as enjoyable as yours.

My family of four stayed at Black Bear Cottage at Point Royal Golf Village. The location is perfect for accessing all the Branson attractions. All of the family enjoyed the included pool and sports courts. We would gladly stay again!

It’s obvious that the owner pride in her condo and wants everyone to feel special while they’re there. The attention to every fine detail did not go unnoticed. Everyone room we walked into we had to stop and appreciate because the bear decor was so cute and unique. Every room was decorated so thoughtfully and with such care. The cleanliness was unlike any place I’ve ever stayed. The owner was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. We didn’t have any issues with anything while we were there and the condo literally had everything we could need. I think the only thing they didn’t proved was food, everything else was available to you. I loved that there was a Keurig with an array of pods to choose from. She also had a regular coffee pot available as well. The thought that was put into everything was above and beyond. We even loved the mat that was in the tub, it was unlike anything we’ve ever felt, it made our feet so happy 😊 The view from the balcony was very scenic and serene. The unit itself was right next to the pickleball/tennis court/basketball courts and pools/hot tub. We appreciated the fact that she had pickleball paddles & balls so that we could play for the time which was a blast. Being close to all the amenities was extremely convenient and despite being close to the unit it was still very quiet inside our room. We just can’t say enough good things about our stay. We truly felt welcome and at home. We’ll definitely being stay here the next time we visit Branson!💛

Perfect Getaway
Anna was a wonderful host, very responsive and clear communications. The property itself was so cute, well taken care of and clean and outfitted with everything one could need. For 2 people and a small dog, it was perfect. The location is quiet, close to all clubhouse amenities, and has a lovely view. Furniture was very comfortable and cozy, the bed was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress and all the little touches like kleenex, toiletries, bottled waters in fridge were so appreciated! We look forward to booking the Black Bear Condo every time we come to Branson!

Black Bear Cove
We absolutely loved staying at Black Bear Cove. The place was beautifully decorated with a black bear theme and had a "welcome home" vibe. The condo had everything that we possibly needed to enjoy our trip to Branson. A big plus staying here was also being close to the strip, Silver dollar city, and even close to all the amenities that Point Royal provides as well. Anna was a great host, she check in to make sure things were going well and was quick to answer any questions we had. Our family highly recommends Black Bear Cove and we definitely will be staying here again.
