Summary:
Welcome to the Foothills! The new condo building is located in the heart of Branson, just minutes from Branson's famous HWY 76 strip! The location is wonderful for all the fun Branson adventures that you will want to experience! Once inside the condo you will feel right at home with the high end furniture pieces, clean new building, and stocked cabinets!

The Space:
There is a full set of stairs up to the front door of the condo. But then once inside, everything is on the same level!

Guest Access:
The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the resort's amenities, which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool! The outdoor pool is only open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, but both pools are just two parking lots over, so within walking distance! Also there's a sauna in the clubhouse!

The Neighborhood:
Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 4 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! Or enjoy the dinner show with live animals at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, also just 4 minutes away!

One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 15-20 minutes from Thousand Hills Resort! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

The Branson Landing, at the other end of the strip, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the cabin, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
No need to worry about keys, there is a keypad lock on the front door so you will be able to check yourselves in! We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be able if you do happen to need anything!

What a GREAT stay!
Y’all stay here!! This property is clean, in a great, quiet location and has everything you need for a great stay!! All we needed was our clothes and a few groceries. All your other needs are already there. We did need to wash towels after our showers each morning but detergent was already there. We enjoyed being on the top floor of this three story building. The fireplace and Christmas tree were an awesome bonus! I hope we get the opportunity to stay again!!

This rental is great and so is the host. We were notified that it was ready ahead of our check in time and were able to get in early and get settled. Adam and Hannah were great at communicating everything. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was so nice having a 3 bed 3 bath new rental. Will def stay here again or in other rentals with this host.

Our stay could not have been better.,The facility was perfect-very clean, layout provided separate areas for everyone but still provided great space for the whole family. Very conveniently located. Everything was perfect with the exception of the location of the pool. We had to get in the car and drive over to the pool. That was the only downside. Otherwise the property was clean and comfortable and the check-in was very easy! The condo had everything we needed!

We loved everything about this condo. Centrally located. Stocked with necessities. A bed for each kid and a beautiful master for us. The treetop view is lovely, we saw Fourth of July fireworks from the balcony just over the trees! Highly recommend.

The unit was spotless, smelled great, comfy furniture & beds; lovely. It had everything we needed: dishes, silverware, pots & pans, appliances. It was the perfect size for us, my daughter, & her children. 3 full bathrooms + shampoo & soap! The location is quiet, but close to the strip & downtown. Not far to S.D. City. The management team was answered questions promptly. Check in was the easiest process I’ve experienced. Highly recommend.
