Once we saw our room we called down to the front desk and asked if they had another room available with a view of the lake ? Not only did they give us another room they upgraded us to a suite at no charge . We had a wonderful corner suite on the 9th fl.

We enjoyed the library bar. The bartender was very knowledgeable about her craft. The drinks were very good but a bit pricey. Our room and interior of building was very dated and needs remodeling. Would expect a more updated mordern room for the price of the stay.
