Really enjoyed the cookies & ice cream in the late evening. (I was a little disappointed that they no longer had the cobbler in the evening, but they had my favorite cookies.) The staff was quite friendly, & helpful. Only thing i didn't like, was that the pool is only 3 foot deep, & very cold!

Everything I needed it to be
It was perfect for the quick stay that I needed it for. The staff was very polite and helpful, they gave us tasty cookies and gave us ditections straight to our room after telling us about all the amenities. Our balcony door was not easy to slide open for some reason and I think there was a spot on the floor on the left side of the bed that was at least damp for our whole stay. Hobestly though, this hotel was everything I needed it to be and I would definitely stay here again sometime.

It was hard to rate this property. It was very nice, and would have had an excellent rating, however, we were unable to stay and had to check out early because they use an air freshener that is SO STRONG that one of our party had a severe allergic reaction to it, and could not stay in the facility. It was even too strong for the other two in our party and being in the lobby was difficult. It permeated the rooms to the extent that we had to book another hotel, the Brookwood, which worked out well. We could not understand why it had to be so overpowering. The manager, however, was wonderful and helped us as best she could to remedy the situation and refunded our fees. It was a shame we had to leave.

This is a close location to everything around the downtown tourist area of Branson. Especially to the Tanger outlet mall. They offer nightly sweets~ which (for our one night) was cookies. I found the cookies to be too firm for my taste, but the morning also offered a light breakfast which was nice. We did enjoy our stay. Beds were comfortable. We would stay again.

Waiting on a refund. Was left to find our family a hotel at 12 AM on a holiday weekend, while hours from home. Clearly this was due to the disrespect of the prior guest(s) and what had to be a chain smoking affair. Luckily, we found a room about forty minutes away where we could get some much needed rest before continuing to travel.

The motel was great and we liked the price; however the room was super tiny!! my husband and I kept bumping into each other lol. The bathroom was even smaller and the door opened in making it even tinier!! The shower door is glass and on rollers , it’s beautiful but it would not stay shut while you were in The shower !

Been traveling all week. St louis one night. Branson for 2. Wake up in little rock this morning and have bed bug bites everywhere. Not saying it was this location or my stay in st louis. But i would check the room (202).. otherwise staff was very friendly. Breakfast good.

None of the exterior doors lock. I purchased 2 balcony rooms that had a strong cigarette smell to it. Everything had an out of order sign on it, including ice machine thats now just a cooler with no scooper. The staff were nice and inviting.
