The staff I interacted with, one housekeeper and two different front desk associates, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. During my stay there were only two or three other vehicles staying so it was very quiet. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Bad Experience
Room was dirty, dead bugs in floor, sheets smelled dirty. Toilet seat was broken with bolts laying in bathroom floor. Beds were like sleeping on cots and had brown stains on pillow cases and on the chair in the room. The room smelled like cigarettes. On the day of discharge, we were locked out of our room. Key code wouldn’t work so we had to wake up the manager at 6:30 am since there is no one at the front desk at that time. Would not stay here again.

This hotel is in the process of remodeling. The room was small but was fine for a couple of people. The microwave was on top of the mini fridge which made me very nervous as one little bump and it would have ended up on the ground. It also was not close to a plug in so we had to move it to the bathroom counter to use. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins, cereal and drinks which was plenty for us. Overall, for the price we would stay here again.

Room was very handy for me to take my dog out to dog walking area. Room smelled very clean. Can tell they are trying to make some updates. Everything worked as it should. Daymond was very friendly & helpful at check in. We had a good nights sleep. Pillows were wonderful & bed was perfect firmness for my liking. Quiet too, liked that it is away from hustle & bustle.

Nice room
The room at Branson Ozarks Inn was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The young man who checked us in was very helpful. The inn is next to Sight and Sound Theater where we attended a play which made it convenient. We would definitely stay there again.
