Room was fine. Bathroom shower was either good water pressure with scalding temperature or no water pressure and cold. Air conditioner fan came on and off rhythmically which made it hard to sleep. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was clean.

We have stayed in over 60 rooms at this property in the past 22 years. This past stay unfortunately was not our best. They do not have the great breakfast they used to serve. They do not bake cookies and give them anymore. The laundry doesn't smell fresh, the bathrooms need to be redone. The hallways are not air conditioned. The elevator is really slow. But all things get older. There was no service at breakfast. It was a huge disappointment...the lady that used to be there made our stay extra special. The absence of cookies for our grandsugars...huge disappointment. We would always take 3 rooms for our whole family. I hope they can pull it together. So many sweet memories.

Decemt rooms at decent pricing. Breakfast was okay crowded area where you grab the food though. Pool area was decent with clean pool towels provided at the pool.

It looked good online for a two night family stay. Check in process was easy, associate was friendly. Property is outdated, slow elevator was just the start. Room had a musty smell, immediately off putting. Not the clean first impression you want. Beds appeared clean. Floors were not vacuumed thoroughly; crumbs next to bed. The bathroom was small with a low drop ceiling. Old tub was a Jacuzzi style, complete with hair in the tub. Thats when we knew the cleaning was not up to par. We left our things in the room and went out for an hour to discuss our options. We decided to find another room. Told front desk that we couldn't stay, didn't mention cleanliness. Told us they would charge us for one night since we had checked in for an hour and they would have to clean it. Not like they cleaned it the first time but alright. Refunded second night. Unless you like an outdated property with sub par cleaning, stay elsewhere.

I was called and asked to dwitch rooms due to some concert and how they booked. So they switched me from a double Queen to single Queen and didn't change. The price didn't decrease the price. Even though I went down a size in the room period. Then the room they moved me to was the one right next to the door to the pool where people were constantly going in and out. All hours people up and down that stairway. Then there was no shampoo or body wash in the dispensers that were in the shower. The rooms have a very chemically smell to them.

Terrible hotel. From Springfield the “big” front office lady tried to deny my stay saying I’m too close to stay there I am from Springfield having a weekend get away. Says I’m within 30miles and I can’t stay. After proving I am not within 30miles she gives me my keys after pre paid for the room. Hotel is ran down smells like wet dog and weed. Pool is cloudy and smells like rotten eggs. Beds are stiff. The breakfast has a good guard asking for tips.
