No need to eat out! The fully-stocked kitchen offers everything you need to make meals for your group, just bring your food:)

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen island with seating for three or gather around the dining table with seating for six.

BED & BATH

Sleep seven guests in two bedrooms and living space. All bedrooms on the main floor. Pick one of the king bedrooms-one being a master suite with ensuite bathroom. For more sleeping arrangements, there is a sofa sleeper and twin sleeper. Don't forget the littles-there is a playpen and toddler cot as well. Smart TV's in all bedrooms to stream your Netflix and enjoy a late night show before a restful nights sleep.

OUTDOOR AREA

Access the back deck from the living room or master suite bedroom. Send the kiddos out to enjoy the amenities right behind the condo, while watching from the deck.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Parking is available for two vehicles in front of the condo. Washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

When you are ready to venture out, you don't have to go too far! So many amenities provided right in the resort! You can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, 2 outdoor seasonal pools, hot tub (adult only), 2 playgrounds, dog park, amazing fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more.

Dogs CONSIDERED. Do not book without discussing and getting pre approval for your dog. We consider 1 small to medium, low shedding, adult dogs. Dogs must be completely house-trained and only potty outside, are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.

Living area and bedrooms were very comfortable! Bathrooms could use a little updating and a little extra attention to cleaning. Otherwise it was a great stay and despite the dated bathrooms, I would stay again. Plenty of room for 2 couples and bedrooms were private/quiet, couldn’t hear any snoring from the other room….always a plus! The owner was responsive and quick to help, when I had a question. Thanks for letting us stay!

Overall it was great! The location is PERFECT, you really can’t beat it! The house is stocked and I love how many extension cords and phone chargers were provided. Beds were comfy and the big balcony and playground were so much fun for my 3& 1 year old! The only reason I give this place a 4/5 is we had some issues with lack of cleanliness. I reached out to the owner and it was communicated & dealt with quickly. But a nice deep clean would be appropriate.

Great time at Pointe Royale
This is far from our first stay at Pointe Royale, but it was a great one. Having the pool in our backyard was very convenient m, especially when our 2 year old granddaughter was visiting. My husband and son golfed everyday. The condo was mostly newly renovated, they could do some updates in the master bathroom, but everything worked! The furniture was comfy, and we loved the outdoor furniture, using it every day! Kitchen had a lot of extras and even some spices, baking supplies and cookware. Laundry was also well stocked with detergent and a drying rack. Wish there was a pantry for our food supplies, but we managed. Brenda is always great to work with and is very helpful and attentive to our needs. I know I will use Lake Life Vacations again.

The property owner thought of everything, phone charger pads on each side of both beds and in the living room, ample paper supplies and toiletries. Great location - close to restaurants and tourist attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a such a beautiful space. Well stocked and in a great location away from the mayhem of “the strip”. We felt at home and comfortable. Brenda was very responsive when my email with instructions kept getting lost (not her fault). We really enjoyed the large table for dinners and games at night. Also, my OCD was not on high alert bc the condo is so impeccably clean. I highly recommend this rental, especially indoor the summer, if you are a golfer. The master bed needs to be updated with one that doesn’t yell at you every time you rollover…but that’s a serious reach to find anything wrong with this property. Brenda - if you decorated this unit then you should have a side hustle as a designer. Great taste and very well done. It’s beautiful and I highly recommend. PS. BYOK = Bring Your Own Kleenex :-) It’s not something an owner should have to provide but if you need it, bring it here.

Trip with family
This condo was a great location and comfortable for my family. My mom uses a walker and there was only three steps getting into the unit which made it very convenient. It was a comfortable condo, sofa was comfy but not the chairs. The beds were comfortable, great pillows, and linens. The kitchen had everything you needed. We throughly enjoyed our stay. We had to get our pet approved prior to arrival, it was a little bit of a problem but was resolved. Overall, good stay.
