The historic neighborhood of Stony Creek boasts a small town beach, library, regional theatre, marina with Thimble Island Cruises, several nature trails, a seasonal farmer's market and year round cafè. While street parking is available for these, they are also a short walk from the home (10-12 minutes)

Accessability: there are two steps to enter the home. To utilize the lower level and backyard you must be able to climb one flight of stairs.

Please note: there is one parking spot. If you have a vehicle larger than a standard SUV (like a Suburban or pick up truck, you may have trouble fitting and need to use street parking on a side street). This home is located close to the street and while it doesn't get noisy traffic you may hear passing cars sometimes.
