Safety Issue and Disappointing
Check-in was fine, and the room itself was clean, but the door frame was separating from the wall and the door wasn’t set in the frame so I could see between the door and frame. Obviously as a solo female traveler, this freaked me out. I was too tired to think to take photos from inside the room but did take photos from the outside where the defects can be seen. When I went to the front desk, I was moved into a different room where I immediately smelt incense or a candle being burned in a nearby area. I reported it to the front desk, but I was told no one was staying in the rooms beside me. The smell was so strong that I had trouble sleeping and could smell it in the morning. I went to the front counter at check-out and explained how I was unhappy with the quality of my stay, especially since it’s not the first time I’ve stayed here, to which they responded they were sorry and to contact hotels.com as there was nothing they could do to reimburse me for the inconveniences I experienced. Needless to say, disappointing and not likely to stay here again.

It’s a cheap model of accommodation so I didn’t expect much but to see the “cover up” paint in the bathroom to hide rot and or mold bothered me…curtains too narrow for the window…

We needed a suite for my wife who has a walking issue & is dependent on certain helps. The suite they had for us was a regular suite, but they were able to accommodate our needs. We will remember this the next time we travel through Brandon, Mb. We are going to expect a good nights rest.

Comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast is only until 9am even on weekends which is inconvenient for those who are not on a business trip and want to sleep in. Would be nice if it was until at least 10am.

Stayed in a small suite with one queen. No place to put your clothes. the plug above the table didnt work, the other outlet was on the wall in no mans land. I was lucky to find one underthe side table. Kids crying at late hours. The breakfast was decent.
