They tell you they are pet friendly. Take your money for booking, non-refundable (the room was $107. They upon check-in charge almost $300 for not having a kennel for dog for cleaning and deposits. This hotel bates pet owners into paying outrageous pet charges. It is NOT pet friendly! Or at $400 a night!

Our rooms were outdated, surfaces like mirror, tables, dresser, etc. were dirty, lamps didn't work, clothes hanging bar was broken, no USB available, one of our rooms had nowhere to hang clothes, toilet didn't work, shower didn't drain, staff was hard to find, found them visiting in the pool area or watching things on their phones instead of doing their jobs, breakfast items were lacking in variety, breakfast room had dirty towels on the tables

I was under the impression I could expect Country Inn standards. However, the carpet in our room was sticky. There was black mildew in the bathroom. The breakfast provided was all carbohydrates: bagels, toast, pancakes. And the front dress person was rude all 3 times I interacted with him.

The day time clerk seemed like she did not want to be there and not friendly, the over night staff was happy and friendly. Room has mold in the shower, no cups in room to drink coffee but they had a coffee machine and coffee and tea.

I found a needle under my chair in my room I just threw it away I did take a picture of it I've turned those types of things into management in the past and had it backfire on me so I didn't turn it in
