I'm sorry to have said this TBH, but the king bed we had was horrible and way beyond firm, and so were the pillows... The so called mini fridge was okay, but had it's shelf, and wiring missing... The a.c was broken. Onto the animals policy... Like over 20 different rules and a $20 charge per animal- like seriously- outrageous! Breakfast was better than most, but even that was lacking in refills often... You get a buffet style, we got scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon bits, bacon, scrambled eggs by itself, 3 different kinds of cereal, apple, orange juice, and then the typical bread, butter. We decided we're not coming back to this particular hotel, it's over priced, and uncomfortable to stay here.

Our stay was very pleasant. Property was clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were very good compared to other hotel chains I've used before. Overall I would highly recommend this property

I did not like the lavatory being next to the door. Also I did not the lack of closet space. I preregistered on line and the front desk did not the info when I checked in. I realize the a big event was in town however I think the rate on this room was over priced

Travel to family reunion nearby. Bookings were difficult that weekend and your property was a little distant than we've booked in the past. However, things were mostly fine. Evidently, the property is undergoing remodeling.....not a problem. Price/value were a bit more than I anticipated, however a weekend at a resort area in prime time......it is what you should expect.
