Pamper yourself in this luxurious lake front, ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Located in the ever popular Shorewalk resort in the heart of Bradenton. Just minutes from the world famous beaches and white powder sands of Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, Longboat Key and IMG academy.

Shopping, grocery stores, movies, bowling, entertainment and restaurants are all within walking distance from the condo. Shorewalk is an ideal holiday destination with plenty of attractions nearby to keep everybody entertained.

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine in the lanai while soaking up the beautiful scenery right at your door step. If you would like to hear the sound of the water fountain and enjoy the fresh air, no problem, relax in a fully screened lanai and enjoy the soothing sounds of the water as it cascades from the fountain.With 1250 sq. feet of luxury, there is ample room to comfortably host up to 6 people. The impressive large master bedroom and on-suite includes its own oversized walk-in shower, walk- in close. A large dresser and two night tables provide plenty of space for all your storage needs.

The spacious guest bedroom offers two comfortable beds. 1 full bed and one twin size bed. The room has large oversized closet, full sized dresser and night stand which provide plenty of storage space. There is also a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom includes a full bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink. with granite counter tops.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has a large fridge, stove, dishwasher and smaller appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster and blender etc. for your convenience. The eat-in kitchen has a beautiful glass table and 4 chairs providing plenty of space. Enjoy your dining experience in the separate dining room with ample room for up to 6 people.

Ready to relax for the evening, enjoy the comfort of the large couch in the living room where you can settle in and watch your favorite shows on the HD flat screen TV and unwind from your busy day at the pool, beach or sightseeing and shopping.

The Shorewalk Vacation Villa Resort is located on 30 acres of lighted walkways and has excellent amenities including: 2 heated community swimming pools, hot tub, 2 tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball court, newly renovated clubhouse with large screen TV, large sun deck, table tennis, ping pong, billiard/pool table, 2 oversized BBQ grills, free WIFI and six lakes stocked with fish. All amenities are included with your stay.

The condo has hi-speed internet and cable plus 3 TV sets and a telephone with free calling to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. The condo is located within a 3 minute walk to the clubhouse, pools, Jacuzzi’s and tennis courts. Fresh bedding, towels and soaps will be provided upon your arrival.

There are also 5 beach chairs with umbrella, and 4 noodles provided for your use. Also included for your use are 2 tennis racquets, 3 tennis balls and a basketball. We ask that you kindly return all these items back to the condo in good condition for the use of future guests.

There is a washer and dryer provided located in the front hall should you need to do some laundry.

Sorry, no smoking inside or in the lanai. Please smoke outdoors.

No pets, boats, trailers, RVs or jet skis are allowed at Shorewalk.

I give Richard a five star for everything. The reason I said hectic is because we were right smack in the middle of hurricane Milton, lost power for 4 days, Richard was in constant communication with us making sure we were ok. We had to make the decision to leave because we had family coming. If it weren’t for Milton this place would of been one of the BEST! We will be back. Thank you for everything Richard.

Longboat Key vacation 2024
I selected Casa Mia as our base destination for our family’s 2024 summer beach trip to Longboat Key, FL. Having never been to the area and not sure if the beach was on our agenda for each day of our trip I chose Casa Mia for several reasons. First being price. I found the listing to be affordable. Second o found the listing to be conveniently located to many options we wanted to consider while staying in Bradenton. It was close to the beach, close to shopping, close to the interstate, etc. Third I chose Casa Mia for what the community offered such as tennis and basketball courts which the kids used, the pools and other amenities such as sidewalks to walk to these areas within the community and it was clean and safe. I enjoyed coffee in n the mornings on the Kenia overlooking the ponds. The communication from the host was excellent and responsive. The condo was well appointed with all we needed for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Mia, It was clean and very nice! The only thing I didn't like were the Beds, they were not comfortable at all. I loved the area, so much to do and see, and everything is right there!!!! Great German restaurant, next to Publix. We would think about going back! Richard was very helpful and nice!!! He also has 2 other places to check out!!!

This was our 2nd stay. As always, the host was very nice to deal with and was always prompt in answering.any questions we had. Staff was friendly. Property was clean and landscaping was.well maintained. Disappointed.that swimming pool needed to be cleaned a little better from the debris and that the hottub was out of order for almost the entire.week. Overall it was a great escape from reality!

Richard was very clear and helpful with the communication surrounding our stay. The one thing that was not as advertised was the “stocked fishing lakes” - there water features on site, but the they were very shallow and no fish were to be found. Don’t pack a fishing pole.

Cute condo with pleasant view of pond and wildlife.
Condo was decorated with Florida decor creating a pleasant place to rest. So nice to look out of main living area to watch wildlife (ducks, turtles, spoonbill, etc) in the pond. Location was central to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Condo could use some updating in kitchen and baths. Richard, our host was attentive and helpful with restaurant suggestions. We enjoyed our stay.

What A Beautiful Home Away From Home
First and foremost, My Husband, Children and I would like to thank Richard for such an amazing stay at his quant condo. Richard was kind enough to inform us throughout our 5 day stay of the great restaurants, museums and beach attractions near us. Everything was so close to the condo a well which was so nice. Came to Sarasota for my aunts 100th birthday celebration. The condo was exactly as described. Very cozy, very nicely furnished. Swimming pools/hot tubs all within a very short walk. Close to the beaches, great restaurants. Great communication with the owner, Richard! Highly recommend!

Condo was spotless. Beautiful, upgraded kitchen with great appliances. Two bedrooms, two baths. Perfect for 4 people. My absolute favorite part was the screened in patio, that overlooked the pond. I loved having my morning coffee and enjoying the peacefulness as I sat taking in nature's beauty. Richard was an excellent host. He is top notch at communication. I would rent this property again!

This was a most enjoyable stay. The condo was very clean. The kitchen provided us all the utensils that we needed from pots and pans, silverware, coffee cups, glasses, etc. It is located in a nice, safe neighborhood, which served us well and we took our daily walks and my daughter ran. The host, Richard, was superior in providing us with detailed directions, check in information and any other information we requested. In following up with him after our departure, he was very appreciative of the little things that we did. I would definitely recommend staying there. Again, we thank Richard for the superior way he conducts his business in renting of the condo and his pleasant and very helpful personality.
