The island has many equipment rental companies giving you access to more suitable and convenient transportation to get around the island. Restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive down the beach depending on what you're hungry for.

The first level is what elevates the home, The Garage is NOT Accessible to park or use, but there are 2 spots available in front of the unit for parking. This home is section A of the Duplex putting you directly off Gulf Dr. The exterior has a fenced in side yard to store all your beach equipment and rinse off after a long day at the beach!

When entering the home, you will walk up a set of stairs bringing you to the first living floor of this home. Featuring the living room, kitchen, balcony, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The living room showcases a large flat screen T.V. and plenty of seating to enjoy your favorite shows or a movie late night! The kitchen comes fully equipped for everything needed to make your favorite home cooked meal. The balcony offers lots of seating while enjoying the views of Island Life!

The upper deck is dedicated to the master bedroom as well as an outside patio that is out looking at the jubilant Anna Maria Island, a view that will always bring a smile!
