Cool off in the resort style deluxe pool with spa, renovated in January 2025. And simply enjoy the sights and sounds of the Island from one of the open-air decks overlooking the beaches.

This luxury home offers only the finest furnishings and fixtures including a professional chef's kitchen with a double oven, 6 burner gas range top and a built in 48" refrigerator and freezer. Very Pleasant Stay
Loved the area and the property which is large, clean and well appointed. Elevator was a great option as my wife's bad knee would have made negotiating the stairs a major challenge. Beautiful beach and pool with every outdoor chair, accessory and toy you could want or need. Only, very minor complaint, was the lack of certain items such as cleaning supplies, food storage items, baking trays etc. Overall a wonderful four week stay which we may well look to repeat.

Beachfront Paradise is Right!
AMI Strong should be AMI Stronger! Our family had the BEST time at Beachfront Paradise. We have been coming to AMI for the holidays for over a decade and it is so wonderful to see the island back. Yes there are still restorations yet to be done but the island welcome was incredible! And Beachfront Paradise added to it. This is one where the property itself is way better than the pictures! The beach vista is incredible… the back yard is all beach and beautiful… the outdoor furnishings have been upgraded to Polywood… and the house seems bigger and more spacious than the pictures suggest. Our family of 11 was more than comfortable with extra room to spare. The kitchen is well adorned (if not missing a random accessory but that is to be expected in a rental) and even has some extras (we cooked our Christmas pot roast in the bonus crockpot!). The towel service is fine (there was enough and there are well adorned laundry rooms if you need to wash given so much beach time). TVs are in every room everywhere. The beach level playroom was great with foosball and ping pong and beach reads (and a bathroom on that floor was a bonus). The location on AMI was so convenient… 1 mile away from Publix and the Circle K across the street. Trolley stop right at the house too. An incredible stay in an incredible property! Katie, Lyle and Clover team are top notch. One of our best stays in AMI, and there is so much good in this lovely island community.

Our group of 15 had to switch properties last minute due to the hurricanes but it worked out amazing! This property was right on the beach and every age had something to enjoy. The public beach was just a short walk away with volleyball nets. There were also pickleball courts within walking distance. We will definitely come back and stay again!

Amazing Family Getaway
Our stay at this home was exactly what we were hoping for - beautiful home on the beach with great amenities (pool/spa, games, and elevator!!) We were a family with several generations and each of us were in love with this home. The teens even disconnected from their phones and enjoyed the views of the sunset melting into the horizon from the balcony and beach. The older generation had no issues with their room on the 3rd floor because they had their VIP elevator. The younger kids had so much fun. We made great memories at this home and we hope to return soon!

Absolutely beautiful beachfront accommodations. Clean, well-appointed home with wall to wall open air doors providing breathtaking views of the gulf. Weather was a bit cool in the 50’s but the very warm heated pool was a highlight. Highly recommend.

Perfection
This house is perfection! It is in an amazing location and immaculately clean. It has everything you could possibly need for a large group of people. They even supply everything for the beach so no need to bring your own. All the beds are comfortable none of our party had trouble sleeping. This house even has an elevator which was great for the elderly and it also helped bring up and down our heavy luggage. We also brought our dog and he loved it too :) The house has doors and gates in perfect locations to block them off when needed. We only needed help with one thing during the entire stay and the comunication with the property manager was spot on.We had an amazing week staying here and will definitely be back.

A week of family fun
Our family of 5 adults and 4 children found everything we could possibly want at this gorgeous beachfront home. Beautiful view, lovely pool area, comfortable beds, plenty of space were the highlights. Stephanie and Lyle were easy to work with and friendly. Everything was great. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but Mike was wonderful and easy to work with. I do wish condiments and seasonings were able to be shared between renters. Publix is a little crazy to try and get groceries on weekends, I would definitely recommend going into Bradenton instead. Beds were comfortable as well as pillows. Plenty of beach towels, but do wish there were 6 towels per bathroom instead of 3. This would make life a ton easier!! Overall we had a absolutely fabulous week!!!! Thank you Mike for being so helpful and Stephanie for being so quick to answer texts! Would love to stay again!!!

My family and I stayed a week and it was wonderful. Everything was perfect. Great location. Not far from the Publix and Walgreens Walgreens. The kitchen had more than I expected , from air fryer, crockpot, outdoor grill, kurig to coffee pot. You can cook there, no problem. Wonderful pool and beach right out the back door.

The house was great from the pool to the beach. Layout out worked great for our family. Perfect house for kids with the downstairs and pool patio area. The host was outstanding always respond right away. Only thing that needed fixed were the sliding doors on the 2nd level would lock so we had a bad storm and they kept sliding open. Would definitely come back to this house.
