If you want to use the pool, forget it. The pool was the only reason I stayed at this hotel, but it was turned off while I was there. Staff didn't care, didn't even apologize. Staff took my name and number for manager to get back to me, but manager never did.

A beautiful hotel conveniently located not far from the highway. Very quiet. Easy driving to all things Bozeman. And the rooms were a nice size.

Loved the mountain lodge deco! Only thing is, would be nice to have an elevator even with only two floors. The desk clerk was really nice & said he would carry my suitcase up the stairs but then got busy checking in customers, so a man waiting to check in carried it up the stairs for me.

The room was by far my favorite part!! Seriously the setup of the king suite with the sofa bed for my bids was perfect with the double doors to make it feel like we had 2 separate rooms!

During our stay, there were fans going in the hallways 24/7 (climate control problems?). Our room was really noisy - oddly enough coming from the hot tub in our room (even though we did not use it). We requested to change rooms, which mgmt agreed to. Helpful and friendly staff, but definitely understaffed. The breakfast area was too small for the size of the hotel.
