Cutest basement apartment in 1940's historic home in the heart of charming downtown Bozeman! 2 blocks from Main Street. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, making this the perfect getaway for couples, families, and friends on an adventure. We provide all the essentials for a good night's sleep, as well as a welcoming kitchen to cook in. Free parking is available on the street. Winter and summer activities are endless - use this as your cozy home base! You will have the basement unit to yourself. We live in the upstairs unit. These units have separate entrances. The space features 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds. There is a couch in the living room. There is a TV in the living room. The kitchen includes everything you may need to cook during your stay. The space includes 1 bathroom with a washer and dryer. The backyard is fenced and shared with us. If you have questions before booking, let us know! Guests have access to the basement unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living area, and kitchen. Shared back yard with us (we live in upstairs unit that has a separate entrance). Please note before booking: This is a basement unit. We live in the upstairs unit (separate entrance). You may see us or hear us. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. This is NOT the spot for you if you want to party/be loud after 10pm. We control the heating/cooling for the entire house, however, there is a gas fireplace in the unit you can use and windows you can open. We also provide lots of blankets for colder nights. The space has NOT been child-proofed. For longer stays: We provide enough TP, paper towels, trash bags, etc for shorter stays, but you may need to purchase additional products if you are staying for a longer period of time. For longer stays, we do not clean the Bungalow during your stay. Just before and after! STR20-00287

A wonderful place to stay
The property is in a prime location for restaurants and bars. Neil was very thorough, responsive, and polite. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Shower has plenty of hot water and good pressure. I highly recommend this place and look forward to booking it for future stays. P

Great place near Downtown Bozeman
We loved our stay at Neil and Sara's place. It had everything we needed and so close to Downtown. It is always nice to stay someplace where walking to downtown is convenient and this place is that!It is a basement unit. My husband and son are 6'2" and had to duck in a couple places in the unit, mainly at the bottom door to the unit and over one of the beds. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bathroom was supplied with soaps and shampoo in an environmentally conscious way. Neil and Sara live upstairs and we could hear them walking around but it was not disturbing. I know some people are more sensitive to this which it is why it was mentioned. We met Sara one day and she is very nice. Neil was excellent at communicating and very responsive to any need we had. We would definitely stay here again!

2 blocks from the thick of Bozeman Main St. fun and easy walking distance to local trails, parks, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and more. You go to Bozeman to be outside, and this basement apartment was the perfect home base for a long weekend of adventures.

Felt like home .
This is a great property to stay at it's very nice and clean. When I'm back in that erea this will be the first place i will try to stay. The property manager was very professional throughout my stay. I came in there and didn't need for anything everything was wonderful and in order. Thanks a lot . I don’t know what else to say it was wonderful , so if anyone out there needs a place to stay please contact this property you want go wrong , I didn't it was a pleasure. Like I said " I'll Be Back".

Cute basement apartment super close to downtown
We really enjoyed our stay in Bozeman. The owners were very kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Beds were very comfy!
