The room we received had not yet been cleaned. We went back to the front desk to request a new room. The front desk employee made no apology for the error and instead just announced in a walkie that she was moving us to a new room after housekeeping confirmed they hadnt cleaned our room.

Mostly was grossed out by the bathroom area. Large pubic hair below the shampoo bottles, makeup remover had been there awahile (noticed this due to the dust/water splashing), tiles in bathroom had not been cleaned, shampoo bottles were grimy and dust covered, and the shower knob looked to have either black dust or possible mold. It was black inside the knob where it looked like water had been trapped and unable to dry.
