Was confirmed a booking of a King single. After making a nonrefundable booking online, upon arrival I was told it wasn't available so they downgraded me to a much lesser room with a tiny TV and a malfuntioning heater. I was traveling alone and requested a king size bed but got a room with 2 queen size beds, no chair, no dressing seat. I should have called to confirm the room as I normally do before hitting the "Book" button but didn't. Lesson learned. Aside from that, the rooms were adequately clean and well maintained. No bugs that I ever saw.

So good!! Stay here!
This was 100% my favorite Hotel stay recently. The room was comfortable and CLEAN. The indoor pool and hit tub were absolutely excellent. This was the best stay and the best value I've ever experienced in a hotel. Both of the people working behind the counter were friendly and helpful, and I had wonderful conversations with both. Thank you so much for a great experience!

The pool was nice, but the hot tub did not work! There is no breakfast. I also had to track down someone to get a bag for the trash and towels on our 2nd day even though I asked for room service to clean the room! Not to mention I had to take out my own trash.

The beds are always clean and soft, I’ve stayed twice now here. 1st time was fantastic! Last time I was given a handicap shower for some reason. It wasn’t easy to use and hair was in the shower, few piece's.

Good besides wet floor & breakfast
The hotel was good. Only had a couple issues. First one was that the floor by the window in our room was soaking wet. I'm not sure if this was from the AC unit above us or all the rain or both you could see on the outside where they tried to seal it. Second issue was that online it said that there was free breakfast however, there was no breakfast at all.
