The property seems easily accessible from the road and it is from 66 but not from Main you will probably miss the turn. The carpet in the room had some cigarette burns, the bed was really soft (too soft) and the walls are very thin (could hear folks having a good time all night, we'll say). Staying a night here wouldn't be bad but longer is when you notice things more. 3/5 would I have a problem staying here again, no but it may not be my first choice.

Being on the highway side, it was a bit noisy so kept the fan going all night. I had trouble getting hot water the first evening and was told it was because lots of water was being used at that time by guest. The location was super convenient for visiting my son in Fort Collins and having short drives to hiking areas.
