Great stay, enjoyed the area, but the bed I slept in must have been older than me. The divets and depressions from the age of the mattress were killing my joints. Ceiling tiles could also use some TLC. Expensive for the lack of comfort an overall cleanliness in my opinion.

Quality continental breakfast, hot tub, big spacious rooms, nice walking trails nearby, bikes loaned out make 20-30min bike to downtown Boulder and it’s world class bike network mostly on multiuse paths (w some road sections) feasible. Nice young couple (with lineage to original running comp owner) recently purchased the hotel from another nice couple.

The walking paths near the hotel were a bonus on the first day of travel. Led easily to a brewery that had some GF options. Easy to get to most places around the Boulder area. Staff very nice. Continental Breakfast simple but good. Great prices. Would stay again.

very average stay, but not worth how expensive it is, they don’t do thorough checks of the room because we came in and there were 2 towels on the floor in the closet and when making coffee one of the complimentary packets for sweeteners and such was missing what the other had:/ luckily we were only here for about 8-10 hours since we were in town for the boulderthon. the bed also felt like u were laying on cardboard on top of springs. for a short overnight stay it’s not bad (if you can get a good price) other than that i would not recommend. in the future we will try and find a new place to stay at. also on expedia it gave me the option to pay when i check in instead of paying ahead, that was not the case as i got a call from the inn day of asking for payment or else my room would be canceled, so just be weary of that!

The property is clean, but the room was just okay. The ceiling tiles were old and some had apparent water damage. The furniture was dated and the flooring and overall look of the room needs work. There was a hole in the bathtub where it was cracked so you couldn’t use it for a bath, only a shower. The sink was in the actual room, and the drawers on it were mostly broken. The TV, fridge and microwave all worked fine, and the bed was comfortable minus the pillows which were too bulky. The A/C worked well too. Definitely a functional room, but for $215 a night I just expected it to be a bit nicer.

Lovely couple operating the Inn. Very friendly & accommodating. Inn was reasonably priced compared to downtown Boulder. Nice outdoor area with gazebo & grass. Adequate breakfast & good coffee. Would definitely stay there again.
