Mountain Retreat Close to Boulder
Love this rustic cottage nestled in the canyon. It was perfect for our family of 5. Great location; beautiful mountain setting a short drive up Boulder Canyon and convenient to Pearl Street and everything you want to do in Boulder. The staff were helpful and the property was well maintained We loved the quaint lodge and the outdoor hot tub and if we had more time would we would have enjoyed the fire pit too.

Beautiful quiet setting to use as a jump off point for everything you want to do in the East Rockies including Boulder/Denver and beyond! Rustic, comfortable, really laid back! As soon as you hit 4 Mile Creek, Boulder disappears…..it’s not a “city” destination, it is a slice of peace and tranquility that’s slips away every day…..

Misleading information about "hotel", No Cell service ! Place is dark, very old , our "key " took forever to open the door and then we couldn't get the key out of the lock. Our towels had a damp feeling to them.... Could go on and on ! I will say one positive, the staff were nice and the place was quiet .

Stayed at A-Lodge for a nearby wedding. It was a lot of fun. Fire pits, hot tub, pet friendly, happy hour and coffee in the lobby, WiFi-lots of amenities. Staff and owner were very friendly. Uber will come out there or you can even walk into town along a path. I think it’s about 3 miles. Beds were comfy. Make sure to fluff your pillow. It comes in a square but you can fluff it out to make it bigger. We stayed in a base camp cabin but there are places for tents and a hostel. It was a great spot!

Rustic and near good hiking.
Really pretty grounds and comfortable bed and bedding. Too much light came in through the blinds so we had to hang blankets up. Very convenient to get to downtown boulder.

I was in the hostel at this property. I didn't know it was co-ed which ended up being fine and I had fun. I would've appreciated it if they had little curtains by each bunk for extra privacy. I liked how clean it was and so close to the woods. I was able to catch a bus with a short walk. No signal in the rooms so you have to rely on wifi to talk to people. I will definitely be bacK!

We loved the natural mountain landscape surrounding the place, and the room itself was very comfortable and clean with plenty of space for us both. We had some issues with the TV, and the front desk person was super helpful and friendly and got it all sorted out for us. It's a very beautiful space!
