1. Staff very friendly 2. Rooms Clean 3. Great casting system from mobile devices to the Smart TV. Dislikes: 1. Rooms incredibly small. 2. No closets or dressers. 3. No chairs. Bed was the only furniture. 4. Lot of street noise through the windows. 5. Height of toilet incredibly low, and the noise of the tank filling incredibly loud. 6. Sink cracked. 7. No place for toiletries. It seemed overpriced relative to the room and the amenities. One and done.

Nice, walkable area in a quiet location. Easy to get to and from all the good neighborhoods. We walked all over the city and back multiple times. The bed, pillows and duvets were so comfortable. The room itself is small but thats okay with us. The bathroom is tiny so you can’t really get ready in there but the shower had good pressure and the water stays extra hot. It also is very much a one-person shower. The hotel is fine for people who are doing ALL of their drinking, snacking and dining off site. There is very little offered in the way of snacks/breakfast/coffee other than a Keurig and a vending machine on the main level. Just be aware of that if that’s one of the amenities you need at your hotel. Stay here if you are looking for an easy location and relaxed, helpful staff but look elsewhere if you want bonus space or amenities.

Truly a delight to stay here! The staff was helpful without absolutely everything. The decor was fun and quirky and colorful. The room was clean and the bed was as comfy as the soft, yellow robes. We appreciated the amenities which included a Keurig coffee maker in our room and a reusable water bottle with a refilling station in the lobby. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Boston and hope to visit Staypineapple hotels in other cities.

Fantastic Stay
Great service, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed there while getting our daughter moved into the dorms. Walkable, lots to do around the area, and quieter than where we usually stay in Back Bay.
