Excellent place and great value - we usually stay at another hotel when in the Natick /Framingham area but decided to try here. It was fantastic. Facility feels brand new - nicely decorated, very fresh and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and convenient and staff were kind. I should also mention they allowed us to check in early without issue which was appreciated. Highly recommend!

Our stay was lovely for the most part. Breakfasts were very nice. Good abundant. Rooms very nice. Our room was overlooked by housekeeping our entire 4 day stay. We had to ask for clean towels. To accommodate this over site, our parking fee was taken off our bill. Parking should not be charged. Paying enough for a room and not even a covered lot.

Excellent location. Very nice rooms. 2 negatives… Staff: Never said hello or looked up when anyone entered. Also, didn’t acknowledge that we were Bonvoy members. No water bottles in the room. Charged $4 per bottle. Never have been in a Marriott that didn’t give bottled water.
