I have been coming to this hotel since 2018. I have enjoyed this location and the amenities it offers. I love the kitchen and that it right across the street from a grocery store. Not the best grocery store but it works. I have noticed this year the rooms dont look at good as before, the bathrooms ceiling have crack paint, the wall paper seems to be coming off to name a few. I am not saying its not clean just need some renovations.

My experience was a good one. I had a little hiccup with checking in because I was charged for the room even though I already paid on Expedia, but the staff was very friendly and very nice and corrected the mistake. The room was clean very neat and it was quiet on the floor I was on which was the second floor. Valet parking was $55 a night which wasn’t too bad. Street parking is available but it’s usually already filled up. That’s the only issue. I wish there were a better options for parking besides valet in street parking. I would return again to book with this hotel.

I liked that the property is well maintained. However, the customer service needs improvement. The woman at the reception area was more concerned with answering her personal phone than attending to my questions. I dislike the fact that it says that there is parking and they wanted to charge $55 a night. Highway robbery. Again thr property very nice but the service needs major improvement. Also, the $150 fee for insidentals was unexpexted and it left me with a sour taste in my mouth as that was another unexpected charge that was not forseen or prepared for.

This property has one of the best breakfast ever defintely took advantage of that daily on our vacation to Boston most recently. I absolutely have no complaints. The only thing I could say would be that parking is a little on the expensive side but there are plenty of street parking you just have to be patient and look for a good spot. Rooms were clean and up-to-date. Seriously just an amazing stay would definitely go back. .

Check the hotel loyalty 1st!
Stay was great however the price I paid was 350 a night and I saw upon arrival the price was 180 a night …. I tried to get the difference and I was told no … very disappointing… I could have just booked the room thru Marriott for less than half the price I paid thru “the savings app” …

We were only in Boston for 24 hours, the hotel its self is amazing. Unfortunately, after a very short walk outside the hotel there were lots of substance users, in plain sight, jacking up. Not a pleasant experience, especially in front of our children.
