Generally this is a nice, clean hotel in a good location with free parking and the Burlington Mall on your doorstep. The 2 issues we had were that we expected to have daily housekeeping before getting to hotel and asked at the front desk for daily housekeeping, even after doing this we were not given daily housekeeping. Also, breakfast options could have been better, as same things every day, it would have been nice to have more fruit salad options and different pastry / muffin options each day.

Had an issue with the toilet taking a long time to fill, and the automatic AC would take forever to turn on. The eggs for breakfast are the powdered eggs. They should consider changing that.

Wonderful hotel. Great customer service. Nice pool and hot tub. Hand sanitizer stations around the hotel, but empty. Shower was very nice- but super slick. I fell when I got in the shower. So did my son. Great location. Right by the mall and many dining options.

VERY clean really lovely Hotel. Our room had everything we needed and the staff were helpful and kind. Great area near convenient shopping and dining. Prices were very reasonable for the suite we got. Very pleased overall!
