Absolutely terrific
Solo female traveler for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was adorable and very helpful. I was cold on the first night they added an extra blanket the next day and adjusted the room temperature. The bathrooms are shared. I was absolutely horrified I had to share them with everyone but they were spotless every day. The hotel is a few minutes away from downtown. I will come back once I'm in Boston again :-)

I feel getting sleep is a big factor. It did not happen as there was a gentlemen that could not stop talking besides my bed most of the night. A lot of men just left the bedroom door open at nite. This is hardly secure.(Why not instal an alarm on the door so they will be sure to shut it) I also felt the two pastries were pretty basic and coffee only no hot chocolate.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my stay. They were all extremely friendly and accommodating. Would’ve appreciated more hooked in the bathrooms for the 4 pod rooms to hang towels and a kitchen/fridge to store food
